Our In-Home Consultant was extremely helpful when we decided to purchase a new TV. We were undecided on what size would be appropriate for the size of our room. He gave us size options and suggested exactly what parts we needed for hook up. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our TV purchase and installation.

Again I have contacted Ed Peters for some advice. He responded very quickly and answered my questions. Ed is great he is the reason I chose Best Buy first. Please don't try to save me money and bring in cheep junk. I want quality before price. Again thanks to Ed i continue to do business with Best Buy!

Our advisor did a great job in figuring out how we could fit a new TV and Home Theater system into our existing built in space which was made for a much smaller TV then the one we purchased from Best Buy. With her help we did not have to take apart our existing custom built-in area for the TV and sound system which we really did not want to do.

We purchased a large screen TV, a bracket, a bracket to mount a smaller TV and Apple TV. William and his associate kept us informed of arrival time. They were actually early. They set everything up including the Apple TV software. We were very pleased with everything!

Sunny Anand from the Riverside Store was great. He took the time to listen to what I had in mind and made it happen. Sunny is a great guy and has a lot of experience in his field. He is always a phone call away and always responds with great answers. I highly recommend Sunny and his team, they do excellent work.

Omar was extremely good. He gave me info I wasn’t aware of in new appliances. Measured everything including entrance. Since we have a chairlift, delivery must be through back entrance. He left with me feeling confident about choices I’ll make. Omar is an excellent representative of The zgeek Squad.

BB helped with an outdoor tv selection on a screened deck. My selection would have been incorrect that I selected initially from the store. BB also suggested a special mount that was not on display at the store. Excellent follow up by the BB consult after the install by Geek Squad.

we had problems with internet coverage in our home and had the free in home consultation. Anthony came to our house and explained why the extenders we were using would not work for us. He showed us 2 different systems and explained placement. We ordered that day and 3 days later we have internet everywhere with no more problems. I highly recommend this consult.

My wife and I were in a dither at the Best Buy store and the sales person told us that we could have a consultant come to our house at no charge and explain options. The number of products is great but it can be overwhelming and having a consultant make a range of suggestions really simplified the multiple decisions we had to make. It is a great service to offer!

i came just shopping on my fridge and was welcome by the manager on that department, he was very professional and he walk with me showering me couple of the fridge different makes and he let me choose my choice and asked me if was happy and YES i was although l just went shopping that day.
