I want to dive into smart home products but didn't know where to start. My advisor listened to what I wanted to do, offered suggestions and gave me new ideas I hadn't thought of, then sent a comprehensive estimate room by room, with sku numbers and discounted pricing...and did this all without pushing to sell at all. Very much appreciated.

Rahim Shahid came to the house on time and spent a good amount of time with the two technologically challenged individuals. He was kind, thorough and knowledgeable. We appreciated his patience through this process and am hoping for the same when all our purchases arrive!

Two home consultants came out and set up our stacked washer & dryer and new refrigerator. They explained how to use the products. They were professional and friendly.

We did a lot of research up front and it was great Zack was able to confirm we were going in the right direction. He even went to the next level to help us with other items we were ordering. Zack has a lot of expertise and delivers a high level of customer service. I can't image how he is able to stay on top of it all!

They came on time to take away the refrigerator that was delivered in error and set up the correct one. They took the time to explain the settings and what we needed to do before the water and ice dispenser would be ready for use. They also were fast and careful. Very professional.

We had an in home consultation during the process of finishing our basement. Alexandra did a great job hearing what I had planned and then making recommendations. She was not pushy quick to respond to emails and was available last minute as I showed up at the store to buy a tv. I’d recommend using the service if you are planning any big projects.

Jack Ohanian was just right on point. He answered all our questions and immediately pointed us in the right direction. He followed up before and after installation and even went over the main points of our new purchase.

We were so pleased with the service of our in home consultation! Trying to purchase new appliances during COVID wasn't easy, but we were so glad to have a single person to ask questions, check on status updates. We are so pleased with our appliances and televisions! I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone!

THE ADVISOR WAS GREAT, BUT FOR SOME REASON MY ROKU WAS NOT ABLE TO BE WATCHED WITHOUT A CONTINUOUS PERSIST ANNOYING STREAMING SITUATION INTERFERING WITH MY PROGRAMMING...THE MESSAGE ON MY TELEVISION WAS THAT THE INTERNET WAS NOT CONNECTED, BUT ALL THE OTHER TELEVISIONS IN MY HOUSE WORKED JUST FINE WITH STRONG INTERNET CAPACITY....

I needed to upgrade my Home Theater System to 4K resolution and my In-Home Advisor picked the best components for my system, including a 4k receiver, blue=ray player and a Power Conditioner. I had recently bought a 4K smart tv. He was very professional and knowledgeable . I am very happy with the Home Theater System that I now have. Best Buy is great.

Scheduled an in home consultation to fix internet problems. I was told I would probably be told to purchase an orbi to fix the problem. While waiting for the appointment date, the Orbi went on sale, so I purchased it. The tech called to confirm the appointment and find out my issues. He told me to try the Orbi and if it did not work to reschedule the appointment. He never came out to the house at all. The Orbi did fix my problem, however it is not perfect. It drops the signal occasionally.

The rep came to my house at the scheduled time and just spent and hour with me going over my plans for my currently-being-built home theater. I am phasing in this project over 6 months, but the rep was not pushy about any immediate purchases that I needed to make. He chose to partner with me and act as a home theater SME while I go thru the build. Just what I needed!!

Excellent experience, called Tech and scheduled an in home visit, we analyzed my needs and Joe made the recommendations and ordered, when it all came in the team came and installed, worked right out of the box and is super easy to use.

Jason was excellent. He helped us get our TV wall mount scheduled and then pick out a dishwasher that fit perfectly into our space. We ended up coming back to him to schedule our Nest install. The installers that came were knowledgeable.
