The in-home consultation is a must if you are seriously going to make some changes electronically in your home. The consultant can see first hand what your home looks like and can make recommendations accordingly. In my case I wanted five things and I purchased all five...a Ring Doorbell, a Nest thermostat, Hue lighting, enhanced WiFi system and an Orbi security camera system.

Jordan was proficient and helpful in every element of my purchase of a Samsung 65" QN900B TV and Samsung soundbar. When I wanted to swap out to a 75" screen, he jumped right on it and things went quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend Jordan!

We are an apartment rental company that requires appliances on a regular basis. Having Nelson available at a moments notice has been a tremendous help. Nelson is not only courteous, but he's also knowledgeable and goes beyond the call of duty for us.

Seems the Arlo products recommended to us are exactly what we needed. While the consultant did a good job for us, the installers were conscientious. and saw the order needed tweaked a bit. Together we decided to locate the second outdoor camera to the back yard once we saw some overlap in coverage.

This was a great experience. We had not upgraded our home entertainment system since 2008. Everything we needed was explained to us and recommendations were made. We shopped at home and completed the transaction including the installation appointment in about an hour.

The i home consultant honored the sale price from the day i booked the appointment, although i needed to show him a picture of the sale price tag for the item. Luckily, i took a picture of it. He was also recommended a wall mount and honored the sale price on that too. Overall, saved me money and gave me a little more peace of my mind.

We were totally satisfied with the presentation to the set up of our TV systems (new and old). Thank you Carter for excellent service and explanations of the equipment. Very impressed with the Geek Squad! We needed a little extra tutorial with the clickers and he came within the hour to help us.

We purchased a washer and dryer with Christopher’s assistance. He was very helpful with our selection since we were overwhelmed by the number of choices. We felt no pressure and completed the purchase very satisfied with the experience.

I had a TV installed on my patio, three outdoor cameras and MyQ which is a device that will let you know on an app on your phone if your garage door has been left open and you can open and close it remotely thru the app. I love everything the Geek Squad recommended, everyone did a great job from beginning to end.

Ryan is one of the most dedicated, customer oriented and friendly person I have ever encountered. He will call you to give you an update on your project on his day off. Furthermore, his technical expertise paired with his solution oriented attitude makes him perfect.

Our advisor, Shane was thorough in considering and explaining all the options available to us and truly helped us make an informed and right decision to meet our needs. I worked with Shane from start to finish. She worked out good pricing for me, and spent a lot of time on me. Within a week, Geek Squad was at my house, installing and dialing in the movie theater. Shout out to tech Louis, he was very professional and came back out 2 weeks after to make sure I was satisfied and everything was performing as it should. My home theatre kicks butt and thanks to Shane and Louis for making the dream come true, while saving me about @2k off of MSRP on everything.

Ernst was great to work with , He came several months ago to evaluate our need for a new oven. The fact that when I called he had retained all of the information . We ordered and had our new oven in 2 days . Set up was fast and efficient....

Justin and his helper were nice, professional and competent. They brought everything that was needed went right to work, did an excellent job, let me watch & ask questions and walked me through a couple of other problems I was having. We needed help measuring our spaces for an entire appliance replacement. Our tech made it smooth and helped us select the appliances on the spot. The appliances the tech recommended came in and look amazing. Would highly recommend Best Buy.

Overall, this guy did a great job. If you need assistance in what would work best for your home or help as current tech is over your head, this guy can explain what is needed and why.
