The two techs that came to the house were very knowledgeable about the product and their jobs. I had complete confidence when they left that they had recommended the best product for my needs. That confidence was verified when I purchased the devices for my home and didn't have anymore dead zones with my wi-fi.

I have been working with Evan for a couple years now on various projects. Every time it always amazes me of his knowledge on such a vast majority of areas. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with the in home advising.

I choose to have an in-home consultation to make sure we purchased a washer and dryer that would fit in our space. Despite having MANY challenges installing them I was impressed with Taylor’s commitment and attentiveness to us! I was very impressed when everything was all said and done!

Great to work with! Made the experience great. I was hesitant to buy appliances through Best Buy, but I was pleasantly surprised by the entire process. I would do it again.

We needed to isolate the problem that would not play music thru the house internal and external speakers! Ben cam to the house isolated the issue and had the part ordered in 24 hours. The service was prompt, courteous and very professional!

Derek did a great job. He kept me informed throughout the process as we waited for the receiver to come in. Once it did, he came out as soon as possible to get it set up. He reconnected both zones, reprogrammed the remote and then walked me through it all to make sure I could operate the system. It was a very helpful consultation.

Being a child of the fifties, I'm not that current on brand new technology. It's far from plug it in and connect the cable. Based on my limited knowledge, I reached out to BB and Geek Squad. My consultant was too good to be true. She had knowledge and patience. We felt very comfortable with our now informed decisions. Bravo BB!

We needed help with a range hood, the Best Buy consultant was very friendly and helpful and was able to get us what we needed!

Dave Miller was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was picking out a new TV. He came to the house and explained how everything could be installed. He also helped when there was a delay, plus he’s a fun guy to talk with. Work with him if you can!

We had the most amazing start but the finish was not there. We followed all the recommendations regardless of cost but the service did not match the level of commitment we made tohave an amazing experience. My recommendation is to get a clear understanding of each persons role in the process. I would not do it again.

Another great job by Angela. I told her I was interested in the 48in. OLED from LG. I wanted it to fit with my other TV's. She reviewed her notes and said it would. She setup installation and place my order quickly without me even leaving house and going to store. The in house service is great.

We needed an expert to evaluate our current system and make recommendations on how to upgrade our system. Completely recommend these services. Wish this was available when we first installed the system. The service was very professional and NOT a pushy salesperson.

I was very happy with the installation of my computer. Fred was on time, did everything in a timely manner and was very patient with us. I would recommend him to anyone. It was a wonderful experience. He also connected my printer. He was very smart and polite.

Needed a larger TV, but wasn't sure which would fit all of our needs along with a sound system. Advisor had a wealthy of knowledge and assisted us with picking out the perfect TV and sound system for our family. Also gave us information about a home network system that would assist us with all of our internet needs!

Thorough, knowledgeable and understood where we coming from in all regards. We appreciated Brian’s desire to make things work the way we wanted them to - in particular working with us to hide cords and install cleanly in a difficult plaster and lathe wall situation.

Our advisor arrived on time. He clearly explained the options in tv’s were available. Devon next advised us on what sound system would be best for our room. Finally, he explained the options in equipment and subscriptions available for streaming. The result is that we love our new. tv and the programming options.

We needed help with a sunny space and TV size for the location. We also had 4 TV’s that needed wall mounting. Bryan was very helpful and looked at all the locations and determined the best wall mount for each space and the size of the TV for the sunny location.

Our home expert, Floyd did an excellent job setting up our new 43” Sony TV. He downloaded everything thing we currently stream and answered all our questions. He made what could of been an overwhelming task into a great learning experience.

I was impressed with Keswick consultation approach to analyzing my issues, taking the time to check my complete audio system before making recommendation on optimizing my system. I will definitely share my experience with my family and friends!
