Installation of smart security lock, fast service provided. They removed old lock and installed new lockly smart lock. Downloaded all software, synchronized and made sure everything was working properly.

I needed two tv's installed and mounted with cord's installed so I wouldn't see the cords plus speakers and a speaker bar. Also I was clueless on what I needed to buy or how how to install everything.

The technicians arrived on time and went to work quickly in mounting our new TV to the wall. They spent time with us to make sure we were satisified with the wall mount and we knew how to work the new TV.

Aryn was very knowledgeable about the Ring camera products. However, when Geek Squad installed devices learned that we needed a router on the hard wired fiber optic WiFi because of kitchen appliance obstruction of signal to some devices. Geek Squad & in home consultant need to communicate issues such as brick walls & kitchen appliance interference with WiFi signal. Satisfied with consultation. But, because of added issue of router during installation I am giving 4 stars.

The Geek Squad was excellent and went above and beyond with the installation of our Samsung tv and sound bar. They secured all of the cords behind the tv including the fire cube so all we see is the electrical cord!

We needed to see what option would work for our cooktop as the downdraft wasn’t working. Unfortunately, the cooktop we wanted wouldn’t work without rearranging our kitchen and spending a bunch to make that work. He helped us find the right option and saved us the hassle of having it shipped out and not working.

Daniel came out to my house to check on my wifi needs. He had a good history of my issue and things I tried. He also understood my vast experience in IT, so was able to talk at my level, which was great. He recommended the eero system, which was a bit pricey, but once I got and hooked it up, it solved all my wireless issues, so well worth the money.

The Best Buy crew was on time and finished with the removal and install of the new washer dryer super fast! Both guys were very knowledgeable and very pleasant. This is my 2nd home install of appliances and both crews were absolutely the best

Felt very comfortable with workers. Hooked up both washer and dryer well and washer hose. Leveled both appliances and tested to make sure running correctly. Cleaned up everything well and removed old washer and dryer. Stairway was narrow and they did a great job being careful not to scratch walls. Very good attitude by both employees!

We needed help upgrading our TVs and sound sytem. The home expert was knowledgeable and listened to our wishes as well as concerns. He followed up during the process from the first visit until installation was complete.
