This is the second time I’ve used an in home advisor followed by an installation. It was a wonderful experience and I couldn’t have asked for them to be anymore professional. Their knowledge of the products is also helpful in deciding what to purchase. I recommend everyone to let Best Buy help your with your home.

Sean was very professional and communicative before the visit, He asked excellent questions and came up with recommendations without sending me to the poor house. I contacted Sean for additional support after his visit and he was very helpful. I will definitely use this service again, hopefully with Sean as the consultant.

Had Michelle not come to our house to measure and ensure product dimensions I would have cancelled the order and gone with a new company. A few hiccups in delivery were causing vast delays on product arrival however Michelle was outstanding at providing accurate help to get our product delivery and optimal satisfaction. I cannot thank her enough for everything.

We struggled for a while trying to figure out we could get better WiFi connections. Having the in home consultation completed was extremely helpful. The Geek Squad ages that came to do the setup was wonderful. Explaining everything in a way that we could understand and ensuring that everything was connected correctly. Thank You

We needed to replace a Samsung refrigerator that had problems with the ice maker. Ray Cordova arrived on time, was knowledgeable, polite and very informative. We are very happy with our new Bosch refrigerator , and would trust his advice in the future.

I started off needing some help with appliances and other things. I was told about the in home service professional and decided to give it a try. It was a great experience and I am very glad I did it. Thomas and his entire team did a great job and very helpful.

we needed to update our appliances. we had andy come out and measure our kitchen. he gave me plenty of options. with covid going on appliances were on hold for a long time he gave me options if I wanted to switch to different ones or have them delivered as they came in. we ordered stove (drop in, which isnt your typical) dishwasher refridgerator and over range hood.

Matt Nelson is the most knowledgeable and helpful rep, he’s our “go to” for all things tech related. He really listens to our wants/needs and helps us decide on the best product for our project. Excellent communication skills and very responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Brett Battle is the best. He fully understood my goals and helped with great suggestions. When the installers arrived, they were able to complete the job. The installer told me Brett is his favorite in store representative because he always gets an order correct.

A number of factors made the installation of our new A/V control system complex. The Best Buy team stuck with it until the system was fully integrated and working well. I appreciated their expertise and persistence and determination to make everything right.

My advisor saw that I had a particular washer and dryer in mind and he did everything in his power to get the ones I really wanted! We weren’t sure if we could get the appliances in the laundry room due to limited space but he called one of the technicians and they came up with a plan to get the appliances through the narrow space.

Jalil came to our new home and was very helpful in advising us on what we needed to purchase to meet our specifications. He came during the installation to ensure it was going well. He has offered several times to come and make sure we are able to enjoy all the functionality.
