Needed help with selecting fridge, washer and dryer, Lee was awesome and guided me throughout the whole process until installation.

We utilized The Geek Squad (from the Manhattan Beach store) for the in-home installation of our new Sony 65" UHD 4k TV, new Denon Receiver and wall mount. Jason and his assistant did an amazing job of installation and provided in-depth instructions at the end. This was a very custom job well executed. I highly recommend Best Buy/Magnolia sales and installation services!

Shoaib was very helpful and knowledgeable. The timing of our remodel was quite hectic, and Shoaib was incredibly accommodating.

The two-man crew they dispatched to install our new cooktop and range did a really excellent job. They didn’t have to modify anything to get both quickly installed. Probably took them about 1 1/2 hours total. The lead team member was very friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone. My wife loves her new wall oven and cooktop.

The tech rep was personable and knowledgeable. He suggested things we'd never thought of for home security. He searched appliance based on our needs and budget for recommended models. The report arrived within a week.

We needed a new TV and home theater speakers. Manny came to the house for consultation and we agreed on what I needed. He was very professional

we wanted to install a camera system. the Hot spot system we purchase at At&T was not what we needed to do what we needed to do with the camera we brought from Best Buy. Jesse Rook was very helpful in putting us in the right direction with what we needed to buy we just had to change the cameras to ones with their own hot spot. thank you Jesse they were arlo

Having never had a computer before, I needed help figuring out what to get. I had some notes from what my brothers had told me and with those as a guide, Brandon helped pick out the computer, screen, printer, etc. that would be best for my needs.

My in home consultation started very well with a very friendly and respectful best buy employee taking notes and giving my wife and me useful information about different appliances for our kitchen, the appointment lasted about an hour or so and he promised to send us an email next day, with different options and prices we could choose from. But a few days passed and we didn't any email, any phone call until I called him to find out what options did I have, his responses came short to my expectations with basically one option or 2 without any prices, he promised to send all info later on. more days passed without any news from him so I decided to go to the store and talk to someone else, I got great service at the store and I bought the appliances right there. In the end, we lost valuable time and money because when we started the whole process, the appliances were not even on sale yet for christmas, we missed the christmas sales waiting for those emails and we ended paying regular prices after new years deals, we could have saved around $800 if the responses were right on time.

Having, Sydney come into my home for a free consultation was such a wonderful option. She took the time to go over every option available to me, including pricing. She fixed a problem I was having, trying to get the right speaker system to work with my 14 foot ceilings. Kudos to her!!! Thanks so much for this service!!! Sydney is a huge asset to your company!

Craig and his team were great. Communication was clear, they were prepared, efficient and got creative with a solution when an extra 2x4 was found in our wall. The work was completed with no issues.

Garson Beers is reliable from start to finish. His follow up is on point and constantly looking out for the customer. I would recommend Garson to anyone looking to do small or big projects, it's like having a safety blanket.

We ended up with the Eeros mesh system since we have a stucco house with plastered walls. We have three Eeros, one on each floor and the are such an improvement over our previous system from Charter/Spectrum. We started with two air antennas, which didn’t work, then went to another more expensive brand and so far they are working.

Christopher my advisor gave me ideas and let me know what the possibilities were as far as mounting my TV on the wall. As it turned out he did not recommend mounting on my stone block wall, said the foundation might crack over time. I was glad for the honest opinion. I decided to go with a stand. I love the TV on the stand.

We love our new refrigerator. Our only issue is that original delivery date was cancelled and we were not pleased with rescheduling process...The consultants, Tori and Matthew were both wonderful resources.❤️
