I had been wanting to get lights for my closet for the longest time and he gave me all the posible options. I ended up getting some light strips for my closet and bed! They were super easy to set up and affordable as well. I kept asking questions about the product and how everything worked and he knew the answer for everything!

My in-home consultation was exactly what I needed to better understand my existing equipment and how they can be moved to a better position in my viewing room and on how they can be embellished with new or additional equipment. No Pressure, just good discussion and ideas.

We received an in-home consultation on smart home products. Aron, our consultant, was knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining how they work and trying to see what would work in our house if we wanted to proceed. There was no pressure to buy which we appreciated. Am very happy with the experience and would recommend the services to those who are interested.

Chase was on time for our in home tech support appointment. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Chase was excellent and fixed my desktop computer issues. Highly recommend !!!

We needed all new kitchen appliances. After visiting the store and struggling we were offered an appointment with the in home specialist. I am so glad we took the time to schedule and do so. Our expert, Eddie, was there and ready just for us for as long as we needed. It was a great experience!

Taylor was VERY healthful and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with her and felt she was interested in what i needed and did not try to sell me something…if you now what I mean??!! I look forward to working with her as we plan out our budget and move ahead with purchases.

We purchased a music system for our home two years ago but were not happy with the way it worked. The biggest issue was our limited wifi. We were searching for a new system, increased wifi, and an smart television. Brandon and Dylan helped us find the perfect, though pricey, solution. (You get what you pay for and we are very pleased!)

Daniel is wonderful. I'm so glad he was sent out. Took him no time to find out how the internal antenna hadn't been reattached after the laptop had been taken in to the store. He didn't know that part of the situation, I did. He is so nice, very pleasant and knowledgeable. If I need another home visit, I hope we get him again.

The Geek Squad gave me ideas on how to upgrade my home wifi using my existing cable router. The speed and range improved & they managed to set 2 wifi systems into one. It was money well spent to get to his point. If you are not sure how to set it up, you would be best to get the consultation and let them install it as well,

WE were buying several appliances while we are remodeling. He answered all of our questions and helped us save $$ by bundling up a package of several appliances and also offer some that were on sale. He has also been extremely helpful with the questions and issues we had had since installed.

We were really glad we set up the Home installation of our 55" Sony tv with the Geek Squad. Technician "Tyler" was superb!! He demonstrated complete command of the product & was excellent in communicating & displaying all facets of the installation & features. Tyler is a real asset to the Best Buy Brand.

The two installers that came to install our tvs did a wonderful job. They were very knowledgeable and quite professional. They did an excellent job and took time to explain the new technology on the tvs.

First off, as a free service this was a no-brainer. My in home consultant provided personalized TV and home theatre solutions based on criteria such as the geography of the room and ambient light situation. He was patient in answering the multitude of questions I had after taking in hours and hours of conflicting YouTube videos. Highly reccomend.
