After a lot of searching through many vendors it became obvious that we needed some professional assistance. Louis from Best buy filled that gap. He came when scheduled and saw our unique situation and advised us on a Samsung 65" HD unit and we took his advice and got the TV delivered and we are very happy with the results

My overall experience was great! From the moment I meant with the Home Consultant to the day of the installation. Everyone I had contact with was professional and had wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend the two guys I had for the install of my items. They totally went way beyond what my expectations where and everything turned out great!!

We upgraded our wi-fi, set up a new wireless printer, and installed a ring door bell. Our home expert, Nathaniel, did an excellent job and went out of his way to help us with what needed to be done. He was very patient in explaining to us what was being done.

The Best Buy/Magnolia/Geek Squad consultant merits an A+ rating. His thorough explanation of what equipment and items that I needed for my job, gave me the value of the pricing and my understanding of what was needed and why. I benefited from his knowledge and experience.

Aaron came out to review my new sound bar set up as I was having difficulty hearing the sound without distortion. He recommended I return the sound bar and purchase a home theater system. I didn't want to get a complete system in a box so he assisted me in picking out compnents that would satisfy my needs. I am very happy with the components he recommended.

The expert was more than helpfull. I was confused on which laundry set would fit my space along with other questions. Rebecca was very helpfull with her knowledge and direction i purchased my set and it arrived in less than a week.

Moving into a new home and needed help setting up a wi-fi network and a theater room. Our consultant, Brian, was amazing. Great suggestions and didn't feel pressured ever. I was not familiar with the Sonos sound bars. Mike did a tremendous job selling me on the two bars we bought. Terrific sales aid !!! Would highly recommend to any one wanting true sales assistance.

Michael has helped me in the past and he was really great. He was patient and helped me make decisions on what I needed. I was glad to work with him again on my recent purchase of a laptop.

Will did a fantastic job on the consult and set us up with a great home theater. Really glad we had him out to the house to allow him to recommend the best option for us.

The advisor helped create a plan to expand our wireless coverage, a problem we had been dealing with for a while. Best Buy brought in Magnolia, whose technicians submitted a proposal and, once accepted by us, scheduled the installation. The installers arrived on time and completed a big job in one day. Overall very satisfied.

The young men that installed my security system were very good and very pleasant young men, they were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and very respectful of me and my home. Great guys, it was fun to have them here.

Philip Brown was very knowledgeable and professional as he came at an appointed time and was prompt for this. He listened to what my home theater wishes were and made recommendations in keeping with my goals. Budget and potential for efficiently expanding in the future were priorities. He was professional and yet personable. Very impressed.
