Did not have an in-home consultation due to COVID but we did have a phone consultation instead which was a great experience. We were able to get the perfect size freezer at a fair and reasonable price at a time when all the big box home improvement stores were out of stock and where you couldn't place an order.

I got so much assistance from my consultant that I was honestly surprised. I never felt rushed as she was extremely patient and thoughtful. Had a home expert come and make sure the washer and dryer I bought would fit in the space I have. I have limited space. I liked two different brands. With his help I found out that one of the brands would not have fit. He was super friendly and answered all my questions.

Paul was outstanding listening to our problem and was able to direct us in how to solve our problems and it worked!! We didn’t have to spend a whole lot of money to get the results we were looking for to extend our internet into the yard and the rest of the house. Happy wife happy life!

I just had three new speakers installed and I'm very satisfied . I wanted to add clarity to the sound of my video monitor and this upgrade delivered to my expectations. My thanks to Linsey Hurst for her prompt attention and excellent recommendation.

I wanted equipment to set up an outdoor home theater. 2 people came to my home to advise me and help me setup the right equipment. As a customer I wanted to purchase the equipment that met my needs, worried that I would be over paying for something. If they bought display models to my home that would have been more useful than just taking their word for it.

Needed advice and recommendations for the purchase of a frame tv and sound system over the fireplace which had no electrical outlet. He was very informative on what needed to be done and the appropriate tv and sound system

Moved to a new home and we all agreed our 65” TV looked smaller for the larger space. After much internet research, I contacted my Advisor who helped me purchase the perfect TV for my space and budget. I will definitely contact him in the future as I look to upgrade and expand my home theater experience!

Javier was very knowledgeable about products and understanding what I was looking for. He was able to present me with three different lines and what each line brought to the table along with the pros and cons of each product. I was able to make a decision on path i wanted to pursue with providing my home with the most efficient protection I required.
