I had the in home consultation for setting up an outdoor theater. The consultant was knowledgable, friendly, on time. I feel that he chose equipment specific to my needs and was considerate of pricing. I have used it once, and was blown away by the quality picture and sound. I couldn't have done it without the consultant's help---thanks so much to Jason!!

I wanted information on the latest home automation technology. The technician was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to create a tailored list of items that I wanted and even desired for the future. This service was free and extremely helpful if you are not as tech savvy.

Because of last minute family matters the in-home consultation could not take place; however, the person who was to have done the consult was accommodating and went out of his way to be communicative about options and rescheduling. It was a positive outreach by Best Buy and I would recommend others try it if they think they might benefit.

Orlandy Perez did a terrific job of helping us: define our OLED TV needs, selecting our TV products, arranging to deliver and completely install our additional OLED TV SYSTEM and all the related sound and video disc equipment in our living room.

Alex came to our house and reviewed the space and the lighting situation with us. We found him to be very professional and did not try to sell us very expensive equipment. It was a pleasure working with him.

Lindsey returned my phone call within 30 minutes of me calling her. She had already listened to my voice mail and had a solution before calling me back. She was quick, concise and professional.

During my In-Home Consultation, the employee was very courteous and helpful. She followed up a few times to see if she could be of further help. While I did get a Sony TV and receiver, at this time the other suggestions were "nice", but not necessary at present. Her professionalism and follow-up were much appreciated.

We selected a TV at Best Buy, per the salesman’s recommendation, and agreed to have a consultant personally review our room layout. The consultant provided a system inventory and arranged a install setup schedule. All good!

I needed advice on upgrading my home stereo speakers, turntable and receiver. My consultant was great. He laid out the options and outlined his recommendations. He explained every item and step of the process. After I made my decisions he made sure I got the installers best for my project.

Took care of planning all the installations and ordering of home electronics to meet our needs. Appointments were made for final installations and set up.
