I have some basic knowledge of the options for meeting my goal. The advisor interviewed me, listened to my requirements, walked through my home, and put together a good solution to meet my objectives. It sure is nice and a time savings to have someone that keeps up with technological capabilities and make suggestions.

I explained to him what I was looking to replace and what type of TV i was interested in. He immediately understood what I wanted and showed me the options from which we quickly narrowed it down to the two TV's I eventually purchased. Very professional, knowledgeable and, just as important, excellent customer skills.

Very glad that Best Buy offered this service. The consultant measured the space and was able to find a refrigerator to fit an awkward space without me having to modify low hung cabinets. Bryan, the consultant, was very nice, patient, and upbeat. He found a refrigerator and worked to get me additional savings on it. The experience was not a pressure scheme.

It was so great working with William as he gave realistic and straight forward advice on how to set up our entertainment system for the best price possible. He answered all questions and went above and beyond to make himself available.

Had ring cameras, sensors, alarms and August lock system installed - all working well and easy to use with Amazon echo. Installation service was great. Gives me a lot of peace of mind especially with the ability to check everything from my phone when away. In home advisor listened to all of my needs and came up with the perfect system.

The service that Jordan provided to me both during the consultation, and the follow up through product install (I purchased a eero wifi net system - I have six Nest products and the cameras were constantly dropping offline - I had the highest speed Frontier supplied router). The eero has done exactly what Jordan said it would do. Problem solved.

Jose is the best! Figures out the best products for your needs and gives his honest opinion. Works really hard to find the right product you are looking for and has a lot of knowledge on all products. He’s my go to guy!

Christopher was awesome in helping us make a selection of what oven, microwave and range hood to purchase for our kitchen project. He was extremely knowledgeable and to the point even helping us to save money in our selection.

It was such a relief to have the home expert help me with the purchase of a new refrigerator. He knew the styles. He knew the measurements. He answered every question I had. He was professional, efficient, helpful and kind.

We had an eero mesh system installed and was having problems connecting certain devices to the system. Paula trouble shot the problem and worked with us to figure it out and also give ideas on how to connect the other devices.

Dealing with a professional is absolutely refreshing these days! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I rarely take the time to feel these things out (shame on me) but the service was worth taking time to shout the experience out!

Moving into a home can be challenging (& costly) enough, but adding AV throughout a home while trying to incorporate existing equipment with net-new is exhausting. You need the professionals to help weigh pros and cons. They genuinely have your best interests at heart v trying to sell one more thing.

Jon is very knowledgeable of the products I was installing. He responded quickly and professionally to my questions. When a few issues came up he did a great job in addressing the problems. He was good to work with and a good communicator.

We needed someone to help us to cut the cable cord,and install streaming service. The geaksquad also installed a new tv and fire sticks for 3 non smart tv’s, and a new modem. Work was perfect, installers were wonderfull. Never could’ve done this myself
