We bought a new TV and the sound was not what we expected. We had a consultant come out and recommend a sound system for our TV. He was very helpful, we purchased the system and are very happy with it

John M. spent several hours with us reviewing our current set-up, our vision, then made many recommendations which took into account our budget and time frame. He also taught us a lot about A/V as far as TV's and sound bars and gaming is concerned. Additionally he recommended a mesh network to solve our streaming demands.

Andrew was terrific. We have a small kitchen and needed appliances with certain features that would fit and be functional. He measured, explained options, was knowledgeable and communicative. Really great, custom service.

The geek squad duo helped me sort out the whole home speaker system that came with the house we bought just over a year ago. They got everything labeled. They were able to use one set as rear surround speakers like I had requested and they also managed to set up several rooms as a zone 2 listening option. Overall, way More than I’d hoped for!

I purchased a new laptop, the consultant explained all of the features to me and easily transferred my old data to the new machine. He was professional and answered all of my questions.

The consultant took the time to understand my needs and my current equipment. He helped pick the right tv for my space and connect/upgrade my other equipment for a complete system setup.

It was nice to have a professional come directly to your home to evaluate your entertainment space and make recommendations based on first hand knowledge. In the end I ended up upgrading both my TV and AVR choices and couldn’t be happier. Way to go Jay!

The team of Lucas, Anthony, and Daniel were amazing. The asked what do would we like and made it happen. When issues/difficulties arose, they checked with us with options and even better alternatives than originally planned.

Malissa was both knowledgeable and helpful in finding a way to replace our broken stove/oven. The old stove was smaller than any stoves they make today and we ultimately had to saw down our new counter tops. She helped us find the smallest electric stove available.

I don't take time to write reviews but Christian with Best Buy was outstanding. He was super helpful and went above and beyond for us. I was super happy and would definitely recommend him to others!

We needed a new refrigerator and I was considering a particular one. After talking with a Home Expert, I chose another model that better suits our needs. We love it!

Wishing to upgrade our wifi and looked to move towards streaming with a new TV and sound system. Looked at Best Buy and received free consultation and competitive pricing. Very please with the consultation and installation

Trey was awesome. He worked with me to get my home theater set up exactly how I wanted it, made price adjustments as items I purchased went on sale, met with me during the holidays to help me avoid long lines, and more. He's knowledgeable and dedicated - would definitely work with him again and recommend him to anyone.
