Was having a new refrigerator and dishwasher installed. Had consultant come out first to measure making sure my selections would fit.

Devon came over and did amazing things. He was able to take my wants and transform them into tangible, doable and affordable options. My Sonos system is set up and my TVs are mounted thanks to Devon’s facilitation!

Ray is top of his class. Helped and assisted in every question I had regarding my appliances. Was super nice and knowledgable.

He came on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He listen to us and our input into the conversion from over the range microwave to a range hood. He took all of the necessary measurements to make sure the hood would fit.

It didn’t start off well, the men delivering my fridge said they couldn’t find a parking spot so they weren’t going to deliver my fridge. Not what someone wants to hear. An hour later I finally got it but it had some scratches and white stuff on it that the men didn’t seem to care about. All together not a good experience.

we needed advice on new TV and sound system-Ben our in home consultant, made the selection easy. He listened to our needs, budget, and recommended a total system that looks and sounds fabulous! We are thankful for Ben and the Best Buy team.

We had a 65 inch Samsung, wall Mount and Bose sound bar installed in our living room. Mario and his team were very professional, quick and detail oriented. I highly recommend using them for any tech install you may have.

Best Buy will send someone to your to evaluate your home entertainment system znd make recommendations for upgrading. Travis helped us immensely. It's free and no pressure to actually buy anything. We had a great experience.

Excellent experience purchasing and getting Sonos system installed in my home. Aaron made everything simple and installation crew were great to deal with and made sure I knew how to run the system on my phone.

Adrian was great! He was professional, knowledgeable and considerate. He provided some cost effective solutions to some if the issues we have with an existing computer as well as address the installation of the new computer and transferring the information from the hard drive.

We needed help in putting together a home theatre system and installing one of our TVs at our new residence. The consultant definitely knew his stuff and we love our new home theatre and outdoor speakers. In addition the system is very user friendly for us non-techie folks.

I was skeptical about an in home consultation but it proved to be really helpful. I was considering a refrigerator purchase and was not sure it would fit in the space. The consultant really helped with many questions and concerns. He was also able to find a better price than I expected so the visit saved me $200 as well.

Salvator made a home visit to help us pick out the best wall oven for our kitchen. He measured and helped me to identify which ovens would fit. We had the oven installed last week. It looks great! We will be ordering some stainless steel trim from MicroTrim to finish off the job. We are very pleased.

Paul did a very good job of coming to my home, reviewing my situation, analyzing it and suggesting a new or partially new system. He was courteous and thoughtful both here in my home and in the store when I went in for a follow up appointment.

Had a tricky room to put a large (65") TV. Also worried about OLED due to light problems. The consultant was extremely helpful, addressed my concerns and gave me suggestions to ponder. Free advise which improved my end result: a fantastic TV that met all my expectations.

Nimesh was incredible to work with!! If you need tech or appliances, then he is your guy!! We live in a different region of the country and he still made sure to take care of us as if we were sitting in the room with him!!
