We needed help in designing a Smart Home that met our needs and was one we could implement within our budget. The Best Buy consult listened to us and designed a system that we are implementing now in phases. The first phase is wonderful and meets all our expectations. Great job!!

We were looking for some further protection for our home and turned to Best Buy. The consultant was on time, friendly, and quite knowledgeable. His suggestions were well thought out and reasonably priced. We booked the job right away and 4 days later had the installation. Excellent service from start to finish!

Andrew was patient and exceedingly careful about planning for the installation of our new tv, wanting to make sure that everything coordinated with our somewhat complex sound system. The installation went perfectly.

We knew what features we wanted in our new computer system but didn't know which particular pieces of equipment would fit our needs. Max listened to us and suggested a list of items from which we could choose. With his help we were able to put together a great array of computer products.

Spent as much time as we needed to talk about all options needed and not needed and what it could cost or what could save us money, which was always good, Way better then going into the store, the in home advisor was able to talk about our needs. Definitely would do it again if needed.

Needed a new tv and sound system. Josh was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. When the job was finished I ended up with a system beyond my expectations and would highly recommend Josh!

I was very pleased until an audio problem was found by me. When I tried to watch a couple movie trailers some movies had volume and some did not. The technician said it was just involving a few trailers and a little problem with Apple. I then tested my streaming apps and encountered the same problem with my HBO/MAX app…I could not get audio for a series but had audio for a movie. The technician then researched the problem and found the fix and it was not an Apple problem. Had I not tested the apps I would have found the problem after they had left and been in a pickle. The other thing was that there were two separate orders the guys were to install. With the new Apple 4K TV, one technician asked if it was supposed to be in the living room or the man cave. When I answered man cave he brought the new Apple TV into the man cave but left the remote in the living room. After they had set up everything in the man cave we were looking for all the remotes meant for that room and the Apple TV remote was missing. Because the tech left the remote in the living room rather than unpack it all in the man cave, I thought that was the remote for the Apple TV I already owned. Then they seemed rushed for time to finish up the man cave as one of the techs was off the clock. Over all I would have given them a very high rating but with the missed audio problem and the rushed for time, I did not feel like they were really trying to help me understand the system. Had I known there was a Magnolia home install, I would have considered that rather than the Geek Squad. Then to get help with a leftover issue of a non-compatible blu ray player I had to call up the chain and wait for 6 hours to get a response.

Alec was very helpful in putting together this purchase and insuring that the items were available in a reasonable time frame and would fit in our kitchen. Enjoyed working with him. Kudos to Jarrett for bring this to Alec and starting the process going

The consultant came to my house and we went over all the equipment (tv,tuner and speakers) he helped me get exactly what we wanted,he kept me informed and was available for my questions

When we upgraded our TV the Best Buy team was able to compare and explain in plain language the difference in tech between the brands. The experts that mounted my TV on the wall were prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and quick.

Needed to update my receiver and try to keep old speakers. Challenge was to have wireless for surround and wired for fronts. Consultant came up with a great solution and couldn't be happier with the results.

The salesman was very helpful determining the correct size and explaned the options with different stoves.

We wanted helper recommending proper size location and sound system. Santana was very knowledgeable and had an answer for all questions including wifi routers and surge protection.

Jared and Joe were of the Vestal store and both kind and very efficient. A special kudos to Jared for who was from the Geek Squad and knew we were having some issues with a TV delivery and called later that evening to see if it got resolved. Thanks guys!!!!

Great suggestions. Exemplary assistance acquiring the new Pioneer receiver. It is wonderful! However no follow-up on the wall speakers. Maybe it is because the thought was though they might be nice, we don't need them..? Don't know. It is true the receiver made the current speaker arrangement sound great! Also the Harmony Elite that Brian selected works perfectly. The marriage is saved....again.

Our advisor came to review prep area for our new TV installation. We asked him if be could give us any suggestions on a second TV and security. He listened to all our needs, discussed several good ideas for additional TV abd security coverage. He then promptly provided us with items needed and their cost.

The in home consultation was professional and informative. The Best Buy advisor drove from Asheville, NC. He was polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. His sgguestions have worked out perfectly. I have recently moved from Atlanta and had several in home consultations in the past which were very frustrating. This time it was perfection.
