I worked with Erin who was a great guide in a home security system I wanted to purchase. He explained in great details the features and pros and cons of the system I was thinking about and about benifits of alternative systems. He was very professional and not pushy about any one particular system to purchase. I give him high marks.

The home expert was just that, an expert! In depth knowledge of the products offered by Best Buy and the individual features. He listened to what my needs and wants were and then based on my budget put a product suite together that matched my needs and some of my wants to my budget.

consultant was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed genuine concerns for our issues and explained everything twice to make sure we knew what we were purchasing and if it was the right choice for our needs.

Talked some with Nishant but worked more with Darren. Can't say enough about how much help Darren was. He certainly seems very knowledgeable, has a great attitude toward customers and understood that I needed some expert advice. Would come back to him for help at any time.

I needed assistance with the purchase of a wall oven. The home expert did a great job of helping me because i had small space for the wall oven and was apprehensive about having to modify the space. Rhe home expert had the space measured and recommended my best option.

Jesus was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He knew details about every brand, style and function of all the appliances I was interested in. I bought the refrigerator recommended and absolutely love it. He was fantastic.

My property was damaged as they tried to hang the tv. The job is not complete and no one has given me any answers. I have only heard from a claim person. The original salesman(geek squad) has not responded to my last email or text message. We spend nearly 5 thousand dollars . Getting to the point of advanced anger and frustration.

My Home CONSULTANT was the best! Follow up - follow through- on time- EXCELLENT . I for sure will use Joe in Mountain View CA for my other up coming projects.

This was a 1st time experience for me and was nice to get a different perspective from someone with more experience then me in Home Theater ideas. I would recommend this for anyone even if you think you have it all worked out... I say give it a try and have an open mind. Only thing that disappointed me was that rep didn’t send me my quote as requested had to email him to get it but no biggie... Highly recommend...

I needed to order several laptops and accessories. Matt and Ujohn were very helpful with assisting me with finding the products I needed and staying within my budget. It was a very positive experience. I will highly recommend both of them to my freinds and family.

Who showed up on time, which I very much appreciate. He was very knowledgeable about products available in the latest in digital technology for audiovisual. He listened thoroughly to what I want to accomplish and came up with creative and efficient suggestions. He never tried to sell me something I did not need.

Overall good consultation. The only issue I have is the 50' HDMI cable that was ordered was not needed. I only needed 24'. This was communicated and brought to his attention and also to the people that were going to install a few days before. I paid for more than I needed.

We requested help to setup a new modem. The team that was assigned were amazing to work with. The were professional, knowledgeable, and super courteous. Their interaction made me want to only deal with Best Buy for all of my tech needs.

We were reluctant to have an in-house consultation. After all, we are just buying a TV, right? But Jade came out and provided fantastic service. We needed help with a new fridge and as always Dina Harris came to the rescue. She is so knowledgeable and willing to help. She has always been there to help our family and willing to go the extra mile. We feel like she is not only our Home Expert but a friend of the family.

Tiffany (the Geek Rep) and Mike (the installer) couldn't have been more professional. They both were patient and polite as they walked my wife and I through our options. Being in our 60's that was much appreciated.

Amazingly kind, courteous and professional. Wasn't in a hurry to leave after installation. Happily stayed to answer questions and walked me through the setup. Thankfully a very patient team!

Arnie is so knowledgeable about the products, manufacturers, and Best Buy. I had him come out a couple of times. The first, to recommend what tv and entertainment system to buy. The second, to assist me with settings and adjustments to optimize my system. Wow! Everyone loves my system, especially me!
