Michael and the Geek Squad members, Johnathon, Coda, and Justin were fantastic. Michael helped us select our TVs and speakers and the Squad did a fantastic job of installing them.

We purchased a large screen TV and had the Geek Squad hang it above our fireplace. I’m grateful for the respect they showed for us and our home. True professionals! They also saved us money from a recommendation they made. Would not hesitate to have them do work again for us.

Wanted to evaluate the quality of my home wifi and see if it was suitable for adding video cameras. Consultant came out as scheduled, did a walkthru of my home and prospective locations for cameras. We discussed the results and various options before he left. Later he emailed several proposed solutions and followed up with a call. In the end, I had several solutions to consider including installation.

I needed advice on a new smart tv and sound system, knowing what would be the proper sizing for the room. functionality of the different brands, and how to re-purpose my current older equipment in other areas of the house and how to upgrade those without removing them.

My in-home WIFI system was having problems with the new streaming technology. Geek person came to my home and installed a new eero pro 6e mesh system, Problem solved. The Geek coverage is worth every penny.

we needed help with a home camera security system and Randy came to my house (Florida home) and explained everything on what to do. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After meeting with him we decided to install Arlo cameras inside and outside.

Eric was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He guided us in determining several solutions including TV antenna, surround sound wiring and gear, and home wi fi. He tailored his suggestions to our specific needs and we have found his recommendations to be excellent! We will likely use him again for future projects!

Mr. Brandon has an outstanding professionalism and pride in his work and the Best Buy Co. It shown by the way he conducts himself. He is taking customer service to a new level unmatched by other. I feel that Mr. Brandon can give training to other on customer service. You and your company are lucky that he is on your team.

I really liked the many common sense ideas that the advisor gave me that were tailored to my level of tech knowledge and interest. He had a very good understanding of my goals and was practical in suggestions of things to help me.

In home consultant was outstanding, he performed his job perfectly. Unfortunately, best buy was unable to correctly ship ordered products, investigating had to be done over the course of two weeks to finally say the product was no longer available and only offered a lesser product.

Geek Squad installed new ceilings speakers, a center speaker, AVR surround sound, Blu-ray, X1, ROKU, & HDMI feed to our HDMI TV. Service person Jeff Briles was careful, exacting, & obviously knew what he was doing. He explained what he did so we understood how it all worked.

Christine was very helpful and pleasant in selecting our outdoor soeaker system, as were Dave and Melvin that installed the system. We are very pleased with the entire exerience, and we look forward to enjoying the system this summer

I was so happy that Best Buy had this service available since I needed help measuring for a new stove and microwave. The consultant was very helpful and professional. I felt confident that all would be well with the installation.

Clayton was amazing. I am a single woman and get a bit uncomfortable with having men I don't know in my home. Clayton was a true professional. He was patient with me silly questions. I never would have thought it'd be worth it to have an in home advisor. "they'll just steer me to expensive stuff" NOT! He actually talked me into a cheaper dishwasher, and creatively opened up the plan for way more fridge choices. If I ever redo a kitchen appliance layout, I would for sure do the in-home consultation
