Extremely happy with our in home consultation.. the Best Buy employee who came to our home was extremely thorough, explained several options and then allowed us to submit an order with him without having to leave our home. All safety guidelines were met as well as social distancing!

The two man team start within an hour of scheduled time. They promptly organized and got started placing all of the home theater equipment testing everything as they went along. Once completed, they ran me through some of the quick functions. Their work was outstanding and I plan to use this service in the future.

I've never had an inhouse consultation for a home entertainment set up before this but I just bought a new house so I thought "what the heck?" - It was great , no upsell, got what we wanted and it's perfect so far! Professional, courteous and respectful.

Gave me good advice, understood my needs/wants. The consultant was also very professional, and very knowledgeable about what I was needing to do. The quote came shortly thereafter and was not a surprise. I only wish he could have continued to be available after the visit for follow-up questions (which I had, but didn't get answered).

I needed a tv mounted. I bought a Sony Bravia 65 inch. The Geek Squad came, took down my old one and installed the new one. They were meticulous. I am very pleased. Highly recommend.

My laundry closet is small, but the installers handled it quite nicely. A few weeks in now and I love my appliances. Very happy with my choices.
