I needed a new washer dryer combination for my condo. Space was tight. I was in Best Buy for texh supplies and had a sales person refer Jack to us. He was prompt and professional. I was able to get exactly what I neede.

We needed help with a living room tv. Christian asked the right questions, knew exactly what TV to get while taking into account the size of the living room and lighting.

I needed a new refrigerator and had an issue with the space in my kitchen. Mr. Bari measured the space and helped me select the right refrigerator. He was friendly, and very knowledgeable.

Our refrigerator installers did an excellent job considering their needing to improvise with our smaller entrances. They were polite, respectful and tidy.

I was in the need of several tv’s for a building that was being constructed and I had called the local Best Buy and went in and spoke to one of the employees.. I was very pleased with the employee’s knowledge of the merchandise I needed and with his advice pitched not only the TV’s but other equipment for each.

Extremely knowledgable and couteous expert came right to my house and helped me figure out what was possible with new tech and devise a plan to put a great home music and theater system in! And I understand how it will all work together not only so I can really enjoy it to the fullest, but also it will add value to my home!

Highly recommend the in-home consultation, the technician was very knowledgeable and honest. Provided great recommendations, instead of replacing router purchased the eero mesh WIFI router which fixed our WIFI network gaps and devices disconnects throughout the house.

Mike and Austin did a great job at installing our home theatre and setting up our mesh network. They also fixed a few glitches with our other technology.

He helped with an outdoor TV; looked at our area and offered up a low cost solution. Didn't push the $$$ at all; recommend him highly for transparency and honesty.

We installed two televisions on walls and updated our wifi. The technicians were great and did a careful, high-quality job. They obviously cared about and enjoyed their job. I give them my highest recommendation.

I was very impressed with the in home consultant who came to my home. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The geek squad came to install my new 70in Sony tv with mount and Samsung sound bar. I also bought a universal remote, which is amazing! The tech was wonderful and programmed everything for me and showed me how to use it!!

came out to house, listened to my needs and recommended a Sonos system for my current structure and budget. I am very happy with the results

Jeff is not only knowledgeable but he also cared enough to insure our new TVs and surround sound system were all done professionally and correctly. He even made a special trip to acquire some needed assets . And a great personality!

Clint was my IHA. He was professional at all times beginning with the initial call 48 hours prior to remind me of my appt. Once in my home, Clint not only surveyed the area originally scheduled but provide me with ideas as to what other upgrades or changes I can do in my kitchen.

We needed help measurements of fitting a stove and refrigerator. Then Dylan went through creating ou purchase all in the contines of our home. Excellent customer service!!
