Great service but product availability was a problem. Teresa went beyond service expectations but supply was not supported

I spent $7000. for a tv, sound system, microwave, and oven. The opening for the microwave was measured as 1' too big for the microwave. I have been told they don't have the right one in black to fit the hole in the wall. I wanted the soundbar to fit in a certain spot, but I was told I needed an extension cable. The plugin on the sound bar to the 12 plugin box is pulled up against the back wall because the cable on the sound bar is too short. The tv shut off after a week, come to find out the plug to the tv snapped in and was not in far enough. This is the worst set-up and fitting of appliances ever. and i still have a hole in the wall with no microwave.

Bill was great, he listened to what I wanted and made suggestions based on that. There was no "upsell". I would recommend his services to anyone.

Wanted a Bosch dishwasher because of its reputation as a top of the line appliance. Found that the unit I chose would not fit the cabinet opening by studying the specs. Best Buy suggested I have a home consultant come to my home to evaluate. He found another Bosch model that would work and facilitated the purchase and instrallation..

The expert helped us to select the size of TV that best fit the space. In addition, she recommended a Samsung model that we are very satisfied with and helped us to select a router for the entire house.
