We wanted someone to come out to our house and look at our space & to check sizes of appliances we could get. He brought up good things to know & consider about the refrigerator, microwave & range. Those suggestions were awesome. The washer & dryer suggestions didn't work out the way we had hoped & was our understanding. But that was worked out also.

Derick was knowledgeable, professional, and offered us various options on a stackable washer/dryer that would fit in our Condo.He was the perfect person to help us make an informed decision.

Upon the arrival of our in-home consultant Jason Schwalb, he made the whole process smooth from A-Z, Jason made sure we had the right appliances for the right reasons, he measured to make sure that they would fit out space and through the entrance way. It was a surprising pleasant all around experience. Two Thumbs up!

I have several systems that hook into my Wi-Fi- alarm, ring, and temperature thermostat. It took a couple of visits to get all the pieces put together, but we got there. The guys were patient and great in getting the pieces together. I will call again if I need anything!

I asked for a tech to come and advise and recommend upgrades for a couple of systems needing updating. Gregory was professional, patient and laid out good solutions for what I am planning to upgrade in the near future.

Dealing with Mike was a positive experience. He came to the house and offered expert advice. He was not pushy, and it took us about 6 weeks to figure it out. We have really enjoyed the setup and owe it all to Mike.

Needed help with a surround sound system and they were excellent. He even noticed a price drop on the TV we had just purchased the week prior and gave us a credit back. The install was thurough and not rushed when they were explaining how to work it (especially the remote).

We needed a new refrigerator the sales associate walked us through the different models discussing the features. When they delivered it it would not get cold. I went back that evening and customer service made it real easy and simple to get a replacement sent out

The guys are experts at their job and actually went above and beyond to help reprogram my remote to simplify how a non-tech 75 year old uses it and accesses what my new smart TV offers.
