David Vivas well advised on a new top of the line TV and sound system and all the components and he set it up beautifully -- and on our schedule. He explained everything well, too. Top level service. So appreciative.

Setting up the Sonos soundbar took a while. To connect with the TV called Hotwire with no luck. Hotwire tech came later that day and connected it in 5 minutes.

I am interested in a security system for my studio. The person came, gave me suggestions that I would never have thought of. He was very informative and knew all about Best Buy products that would help me.

The Geek Squad (Terry and Warren) arrived with 30 minutes of the appointed time. Went to work and got as much done as they could. Came back two hours later and finished up. Everything is working well, I just need to learn how to navigate the system.

I was asked my budget and we talked about all my options. Once we decided on items needed for surround sound and TV mounting my budget was considered we didn't go over very helpful and informative. No pressure sales not commission type sales I'm very pleased with results just what I was looking for.
