Tim came to our home and gave us the assurance we needed - not only that the refrigerator we had selected would fit properly in our kitchen, but also that we had the proper hook up for water. We definitely would recommend using this free service.

We were extremely impressed and happy with our in-home advisor. He did a great job asking questions, answering needs, and delivering products and services in a timely and accurate way. Would highly recommend employing the consultation which is included with Total Tech Support.

Techs knew there business, were curtious to home owner , worked quickly , clean up after and showed customer how to use equipment purvhased and installed

The gentleman did a wonderful job of hanging two TVs and connecting our Sonos equipment. I am definitely glad we used best buy consulting as they really made us feel like the job would be done right.

Charles was very professional, helpful and knew all elements of what it would take to mesh our existing built in surround sound and other components with our new TV and DVD player.

The in home advisor was very helpful in answering all my questions. She told me everything I needed to know about the Sonos Play: 3 speakers and the Connect. I was able to purchase everything through her and did not have to go to the store. The speakers have great sound and the Connect works well with my 300 CD changer.

Bryant was professional, polite, and knowledgable about older homes with masonry floors and multiple floors. His suggestions for types of wifi mesh network and placement of units were extremely helpful. I recommend this service for those having wifi signal drop-offs, especially in homes with many users and multiple floors.

Brandon was knowledgable and patient as we walked through the house and discussed the various challenges I had with the system in place in the home I purchased. We are working through the quotation now and so far everything seems to be in order.

Best Buy is my all time favorite place for electronics, gaming, and now appliances. I purchased a 4 piece kitchen set with in home consultation and even got a price match from a competitor. Best Buy is #1 in my book. The technician was helpful and set everything up for me in a timely manner.

caroline was very helpful and also tried to help me set up my smart oven. very good at measuring and determining applianc needed and what would fit.

I was very impressed that Best Buy offers this service. Gavin was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He recommended products available at Best Buy and did price complete but was fine with me purchasing else where. He made great recommendations. I didnt give 5 stars because he only gave the tech one hour to do a complex 21/2 hour installation.

My order was for several JennAir kitchen appliances.Everything was going fine. Camille Ledoux, my income adviser was guiding the process through very well. It hit a snag when the Jennair warming tray that I ordered arrived damaged. Camille organized the replacement quickly but Whirlpool did not send all the replacement parts. I had to reach out to Camille again to intervene. Hopefully next week it'll get resolved.

Was looking for a audio solution for my home theater and Josh Wimer took the time to come to my home and go over options. The end result is an awesome sounding home theater system that to the family loves.

Looked for a while trying to make a decision on the tv we needed Best Buy have very good advise with good explanations. Enjoyed talking with and having more understanding of our particular situation. We now have a lot more knowledge and understanding after talking with best representatives.

Awesome service and very helpful. Lauren had some great ideas and answered all my questions. This was not a sales call so there was no pressure to buy anything or pay for any services. Was able get our home theater project started and we'll be ready to easily upgrade in the future.

Chris Clinton did a fantastic job at helping us define our requirements, and then organizing a smooth installation. We did have a few issues during the setup but he was on hand to resolve everything. Great job

Tony came in and gave us his professional opinion. He did not try to upsell us or pressure into anything. He wanted to understand our needs and then gave us his suggestions. Some stuff he recommended we went with, other things we did not. That's how it should be.
