Having consultation in the home was best way to shop. Actually looking at our kitchen, measuring, looking at what the codes were, etc our consultant saved alot of problems. Offered best solutions and timely delivery. Also helped us get the best price available.

The Geek Squad provided my wife and me with a comprehensive solution for our TV’s, outdoor speakers, mounts, and an integrated operating solution. The consultant worked to meet our requirements within our budget. Ultimately, we had them install a seamless system which is integrated with our wi-if network for easy streaming.

Needed a specific size refrigerator with many features, Luke found d the right one and then made sue we were happy. Even after it was delivered. Very pleased

Everybody we have dealt with from Best Buy, in-home advisor, Geek squad employees has gone out of there way to make us feel comfortable with our equipment without making us feel like idiots! We have 4 ring cameras and are starting to get used to them with lots of help from Best Buy and we would do it again!

The In Home Consultation member was an expert. They even emailed me and rescheduled the appointment early so that I could pay the sale price for the washer/dryer. He gave his unbiased opinion to help me select the best one for my needs even though I already did my research, and Best Buy people do not work on commission.

I will be very candid, and hopefully constructive. We LOVE your Geek Squad - they've NEVER let us down & we have a contract with them. Your Home Consultation is a different story: 1. When I called to find out why the "Tech" didn't arrive as scheduled, I learned that the appt. got screwed up. (Who has time for that nonsense?). However, 2. The appt. was rescheduled to later in the day, and Dan arrived. Dan is AWESOME - very professional. You should have more Dans. But since Dan was to be o-o-o, 3. He turned it over to Christy, who COMPLETELY dropped the follow-up ball and never did so. So I waited 2 weeks for Dan's return, and unfortunately, 4. We discovered that we were talking past one another about what we needed and what Dan quoted. Ours was a simple ask; the quote was for a far more complex service. So I ordered a small TV on-line, had it shipped, had the Optimum guy show up for no $'s and voile - now I have my small TV hooked up in my small office and we're done with it.

We should've started here! This was the 4th (and 5th) tv we actually brought home. The consultant knew just what we needed to update our televisions AND keep using our 20th Century analog components. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and safe. Will definitely recommend!
