I needed two brand-new TVs, and Ian was particularly knowledgeable in picking them out. He was patient, kind, and knew exactly what I needed. He also made arrangements to have them mounted by the geek squad!

Being from California and being near a few Best Buy stores, I could decidedly say that you're West Lebanon store puts the other people to shame.

Jimmy installed a sonos system for me and an amazon fire stick. He took time to explain everything. Then a few days later there was a glitch. He came back and resolved the problem. Again, taking time with me to explain everything. He had to do a workaround with my older model TV, and it all works perfectly now.

Looking for ways to stream live TV and avoid the high costs of cable. Recommendations would get me to this goal.

My consultant knew exactly how to configure a new tv to fit about the dimensions of my wall unit. He was knowledgeable and personable. I was pleased with his suggestions which I implemented. He helped me by ordering the needed peripherals to do this right away.

Our Geek Squad guy, Brandon, did a great job installing our MacBook Pro and transferred all the data from our old laptop, too. Even scrubbed clean the old one so we could give it to our granddaughter. Well done, Brandon.

Our advisor has been very helpful and responsive. This is the first time we used this service from Best Buy and we really enjoyed it. It gave us the personal attention similar to a smaller business with the advantage of Best Buy pricing plus the Geek Squad. Highly recommend.

My TV died. I was able to research a replacement TV via Best Buy and physically able to get it ordered and completely installed by Best Buy within one week.
