The preparation of the installation wasn't the way should be, after that everything was perfect.

We used in Hone Consultation to start us in replacing our 10-Year old TV and 5 year old receiver, etc. The consultant surveyed what we had and came up with a tentative list of items in need of replacement and/or upgrade. Then he met us at one of the stores to complete the process. It made the process much easier then expected.

Mike Anderson did a terrific job in making suggestions and recommending the equipment that would best meet my needs. My wife and I are extremely happy and satisfied with the equipment that we purchased and we are enjoying the video and sound results from the components that Mike suggested.

My advisor was extremely informative very knowledgeable and super patient. He had a relaxed no pressure approach. He was willing to answer all of my questions over a considerable amount of time. He even made sure I had my reduced price after purchase ,when sales came up and meet competition prices.

I needed help with my new kitchen and all appliances and Rendee was just extraordinary sharing her knowledge with me and being an unvaluable help. I loved working with her.

Brendan was excellent showing us better purchase options related to where we were putting in our home theatre and gave advice regarding locations of TV and sound. He then worked with us at Best Buy to purchase the correct products for our wants and needs.

Anthony explained everything and answered all my questions. My Klipsch 400W Subwoofer Model: R-120SW and Sony - 725W 5.2-Ch. Hi-Res 4K Ultra HD A/V Home Theater Receiver Model: STRDH590 are producing great sound that I love. Glad Anthony recommended them.

I needed assistance with a wi-fi solution. The expert, Pablo, was extremely helpful. He helped me decide on the equipment I’m going to purchase and he’s followed up with me to see if I had additional questions. I look forward to him coming out for my install next month.

Best Buy in home consultant Jeremy was very knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, gave us great options being sensitive to our price range. He matched new components to an existing surround system, provided great install guys who helped us get comfortable with the system, remotes. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

So glad to have the in-home consultation done. There was no way I could effectively convey what I wanted to accomplish, what products I would need or how my existing technology needed to be updated. Having the tech in my home where he could actually examine my home’s space/challenges, etc. was brilliant.

I needed help figuring out the different PC parts for my new build. Angel provided me a list of components that fit my budget while still maintaining the performance I needed.

We needed help in installing our new TV on a custom TV stand and the job went well, but the TV sits too high. There are other slots that could have been used for a better fit, but I didn't realize this at the time of the installation.

We needed help to install the new sound bar 900, 600 and 700 base system across multiple floors. Deployment was quick, seamless and the education throughout the process was top notch!

We purchased a 7-channel receiver with surround sound. Although we do not need the surround sound feature (because the room is small), we are now able to hear music through the speakers in our dining room and bathroom, which was our main objective.
