Without an in home consultation we would not have bought the items we did. After meeting with our consultant in regards to our tv placement it moved onto purchasing appliances after our remodel. Hopefully that will go smoothly. He also worked hard to get us fair prices. Much appreciated!

Our consultant was knowledgeable and helpful and I would certainly recommend him, But we had to have two additional visits from the Geek Squad technicians (after the first installation) to get things done correctly. That's not the fault of the in-home consultant (because he was not the one here doing the actual installation), but this detracted from the overall experience.

Tom came over and analyzed my system after it got zapped by lightning killing 2 tvs 3 receivers and a subwoofer. He made recommendations and arranged for installers to come over and get everything up and running. While the cost was high for the services the savings in the products made it worthwhile
