I wanted help identifying a wireless ergonomic keyboard. Jessie, my consultant was knowledgeable, patient, courteous and very helpful. He answered every question and took care of every detail. I would like to work with him again to select an ergo chair and desk.

Wes and Robert did a great job. They mounted the tv, hooked up my audio system and programed the harmony remote. It looks great and they explained how to use the harmony remote. This is my second use of my Best Buy total home Support program, and I couldn’t be happier.

Geek Squad is the best. They come on time and install every thing in a timely manner. All questions answered and they go over everything thoroughly. I have used them multiple times. I've had 3 large tvs mounted on walls with sound bars. Everything perfect.
