We had been looking at multiple televisions and receivers. I was told about in home consultation at the local Best Buy store and gave it a try. It was a great decision. Our consultants came to the house and came up with the ideal solution for our media room. Loving our new equipment.

Our consultant was great. He came to the house, put shoe covers on to protect our floors, took measurements, and made recommendations. He listened to what my wife and I wanted, and he didn’t try to upsell. Overall a great experience, and I’d recommend him again.

Legion and Travis were awesome. I appreciate their patience and expertise. Thanks to Ari who was very helpful when I came into the store at numerous occasions to ask questions.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable> I am an old vacuum tube kind of guy and had no idea there are processing chips in the amplifires today. He is a good man please keep him.

My consultant was very personable but lacked understanding that sending a customer to another provider is how business is lost. She kept suggesting I call electrician and I do the he undercut her and beat her price. I did businesses direct with Geek Squad and was extremely satisfied the process then was quic and easy.

Hannah is very good to work with. She is knowledgeable, actively listens to desires and vision, then helps translate those to what meets the requirements. Goes out of her way to help meet customer needs. Very good about trying to find the best option and alternative for you.

We needed help with a home theater system in Den and additional TVs in the Living Room and Bedroom. Received excellent advice and assistance from Best Buy expert Adam. We are very happy with results.

Once again Ed Grantham outdid himself. When he first installed the components of my TV room Ed was fantastic. Now, on his second install for my family room Ed did-it-again. The one thing I can say is that for any future electronic installs I will once again ask for Ed - he is the best! Martin

Between our consultant, the salesperson at the Asheville store, and my son, we were able to get off the cable. We are enjoying all our TV services via WiFi. It has been installed for about a month now and we are still on the upside of the learning curve, but so far so good!

Consultation with a home advisor about improving wifi coverage was efficient and knowledgeable. Advisor wore mask and was polite and respectful of property. A plan of installation was discussed and we decided to do the installation ourselves. Thanks, Jared!

Good concept, need better execution/performance. Consultant came to my home, which was convenient. Had good suggestions for soundbar, wall mount, etc. Added some value, but not the expertise I was expecting. I had to go to the store multiple times to pick up items and return items. Also, needed to hire an outside installation company because Best Buy doesn't employ an electrician to move an outlet.

Mike Hennessy and his crew were superb. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and patient considering we are minimally ‘tech savvy’! Very thorough in explaining how to use and manage our new equipment.

We needed to update our home theatre system Eduardo was very knowledgeable and responsive and helped us design a great system. The Geek Squad team was very meticulous and professional and did a quick and clean install.

I was very pleased with the service. The technicians showed up on time as scheduled and were very skilled. They removed my large screen wall mounted TV to install a sound bar, and then put the TV back on the wall with the sound bar below it. Everything went well, and Nathaniel was very good at his job.

The team that came in and set up my refrigerator and range were very polite and knew what they were doing. They did not leave a mess and cleaned up any packaging.
