The people who have come to my home were great..they knew what needed to be done and completed the tasks quickly and efficiently ...even though the materials took forever to get in so that all the items to build my systems could be installed at the same time.

My consultant was knowledgeable and very prompt on the scheduled time. The consultant was honest about the possibilities and informed me that what I wanted was not possible with out costly sheetrock repairs and he provided me with another option. This is why I continue to use Best Buy for my home electronic needs!

Needed a new 4K Projector. Brandon Becker was very helpful with selection and arranging installation as well as ancillary items. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Tech asked questions as far as what we were attempting to do. Then checked what we had and talked through the pros and cons of several options for us. He never tried to push anything on us and was very open in answering our questions. We knew exactly what we needed when he finished.

We remodeled our cabana off the pool area and didn’t have cable or the internet out there, only an antenna cable. Dave and the geek squad hooked me up with my new Samsung tv and and 3 signal repeaters to boost the signal from my main house and it worked perfectly. Everything works as expected.

Anthony was great, he found all the appliances that we wanted and all could be delivered on the same day, Then he helped with our tv system, I had a sound bar that I was not happy with and he said he could get our surround system updated to do a better job.

I have to say the main reason I shop at Best Buy in Flagstaff is because of Xavier Rodriguez. He is super professional and attentive. He has helped me with so many projects and I am very grateful I met him!

Deron did a fantastic job of laying out our options for purchasing a new TV. Details were presented in a way that we understood completely. Pros and cons were addressed. In-Home program allows you to see what products will look like in the confines of your home and not in a big store setting.

Our experience with Alex was excellent. He was friendly and answered our questions with the information we needed. He did not overwhelm us with technical language we did not need.

We were very pleased with Sarah. She explained everything to us. The only problem we encountered was we still can't get the code to receive the Disney Plus channel free, which was a perk for purchasing the 55" tv. Left an email for her but have had no response. Can someone help?

The gentlemen from the GEEK SQUAD did a fantastic job setting up our new TV and Sound System. Our in home consultation was extremely helpful in making sure we had the right equipment to meet our particular situation and wish list. The Samsung QLED is incredible and the SONOS sound bar has us listening to music renewed!

Our washing machine delivery was delivered earlier than expected and was done quickly and carefully. They were experts in removing our broken one and installing our new one.

I needed help installing my NETGEAR modem router and mesh WiFi system. The BsetBuy TotalTek experts were beneficial, and I was so glad to have the set of experts to help me.

I looked at TV's for 6 months and compared quality and price. I visited Best Buy store and asked questions about many models. When I decide on a TV- the advisor came out to see if it would work in my space, and if my wall mount would work, and its just what I wanted and so far love it!!

I was very satisfied with the service and delivery of my new LG washer and dryer. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is because i have been waiting since May 29th for a credit on my BestBuy Citibank card for the dryer vent kit he did use. I was told he would credit my card . I called and filed a dispute With Citibank last month and nothing.

I really appreciate and value that Best Buy has Dina in their team. She made my shopping experience so smooth and easy. I chose Best Buy over others due to their excellent customer service and customer satisfaction approach.
