Bryan did an excellent job of reviewing our existing home entertainment system and recommending upgrades that we desired. He made sure my wife would be satisfied and he was even able to write top the whole purchase and schedule installation. One stop service right in our home. We are very pleased with the whole process.

The consultation was fine but I was told we wouldn’t have to charge our wireless cameras for maybe 6 months. We have already had to charge a camera twice since we’ve gotten it because the battery has drained. Also had trouble getting copies of the installment certificate. I have asked for it twice now and still have not received it. Other than that, the consultant was very nice and answered my questions

We needed help with hooking up 2 new smart tvs and Shane and Melanie were fantastic. They took the time to walk us through the process and were extremely helpful and cordial. I would totally recommend them and your service.

Matt and Rex did a super job installing our speaker system. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. Everything works great. the installation has vastly improved our television watching experience!

Kurt Manning was terrific! So friendly, kind and patient! Answered all our questions, gave us great advice! He even stopped by on install day to make sure all went well. As someone who is older and not a techie he was so helpful in the process!

Todd not only helped me select the best TV for me, but took the time to help me line up a phased approach for the right surround sound system as well. In addition to the TV, Todd helped select a stand, sound bar and subwoofer and some outdoor speakers for my patio. Thank you!

I was having problems with the sound from my receiver. The in-home consultation was exactly what I needed to fix the problem. There was no pressure to buy any product. I liked how they were able to view the layout of my house to provide helpful solutions/suggestions. I would definitely recommend and plan on using again.

Delivery of kitchen appliances was very professional, friendly and provided extra tips. Also was very attentive on making sure there was no damage on the appliances before leaving the premises.

After enrolling in Best Buy’s total tech support I have received excellent advice/installation for everything from my TV, laptop, IPhone, refrigerator, washer/dryer and, most recently an over-the-counter microwave selection and installation. All these in-home consultants worked perfectly.

We would not have been able to decide on a tv, get input for how to mount the tv on the wall, and set up the installation if we had gone into the store. My husband has ALS and it is difficult for him to travel for shopping. This was indeed the most efficient and helpful service.
