When I put in a request for an in home consultation, I was contacted almost immediately and the staff was able to make my appointment quickly to my schedule. The person who contacted me was very professional and able to answer all my questions. I was very happy with the ideas I got from them. No pressure!

Needed help with refrigerator placement. Have a situation where refrigerator space has perpendicular wall so fit including hinges needs to fit perfectly. Home expert very helpful with all options available.

We ordered a stand-alone refrigerator, a Bosch dischwasher, and Thermador built-in refrigerator. With all of these appliances, the customer service experience was excellent.
