Jon Dowden is fabulous - did follow up when router acted up - came back and determination was made that we had faulty device - he called local Best Buys obtained replacement then set up and tested that all devices now had Internet - all tvs, cell phones, tablet, laptops. VERY IMPRESSED with outstanding service

We are replacing kitchen appliances and we were very happy to be able to get a one on one consultation and in-home visit. The variety of appliances to choose from and pricing in addition to financing options makes Best Buy our choice.

We had been looking for a new TV at the store. Sales associate recommended a in home visit. He stopped by and looked at what we we had. We told him what we were thinking. He measured several different areas and made a proposal. We used it to make our mind up and had the Geek squad install everything.

We got a security system and from the first person we talked to when shopping, the techs who came out to map where everything goes, to Dave who installed it, they were wonderful! And PATIENT.

The consultant was knowledgeable and provided fact based information on products and what their capabilities were and were not. His assessment of our wants was excellent. Provided answers to all other questions that we had. Was not pushy on us making any decision immediately.

The team in stakes my treadmill carefully and quickly. They tested it to make it functioned properly and showed me how yo use it, and lift and lock it properly. They removed all trash and made sure everything was neat. Terrific job!

The install of my new 75" Samsung UHD TV went great. Techs were experienced and explained everything. I have one issue with the audio synch for sporting events but haven't had a chance to check if that can be corrected.

I can't say enough how glad I am that we did the in-home consultation! I would have ordered a gas dryer when I actually needed an electric one. Plus our consultant was super helpful through the end of our installation. I will always do this in the future for large purchases!!
