I was truly impressed with my consultation. He did not try to up-sale me and even talked my out of a bigger TV. He asked relevant questions and actually listened. He made logical suggestions. I would recommend anyone who is interested in some new audio/TV to give this a try.

Darrell did an awesome job explaining what is going on with our wifi. Looked at our set up and explain things we could do, but was open and honest saying that everything really looked great, and the suggestions are not really needed unless we wanted to separate downstairs from the upstairs. He was very friendly.

Excellent in-home consultation and installation for the Control 4 system with audio, video and security. All the service and sales people were incredibly professional and respectful. They did their jobs quietly and efficiently. They always gave us notification when they were on the way to the house and they showed up when they said they would. So far we have also had great follow up/trouble shooting response

I have been wanting surround sound for my living room since we moved into our home almost 5 years ago. Dan went out of his way to offer expert suggestions and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone who is in the market for speakers in their home.

My advisor gave me solid info on the tv I wanted to purchase along with what accessories I would need for me to use my existing surround sound to make my installation a breeze. As well as info on my internet provider with options in case mine wasn’t fast enough for streaming.

I'm just very dissatisfied with with my entire experience with this purchase. He was nice and professional enough during the consultation. However after contacting him about the appliance being too big and needing to order a replacement, I never heard from him again. And now I've had to be the one to coordinate the replacement of the fridge, repairs, tracking down info on replacement parts, and communicating that info to the LG repair tech. Additionally, I made my original purchase on December 10th and it's now early February and I'm still waiting for this whole transaction to be completed. I'm really not one to make a big deal about situations but I'm very unhappy.

Duane was extremely accommodating in advising us on new refrigerator features and helping us make our selection. Our new fridge arrived on time and we are very pleased with the overall experience and our purchase.
