I needed help picking out range, laptop and tablet. The consultant was very helpful because some of the models were not available and all the options. He was also helpful to get me signed up for installation of range and set up for the other electronic.

We found Christina to be friendly and very knowledgeable. She didn’t oversell our choices. She advised us as to all that we would need to achieve a better Internet service with the proper equipment.

We needed help with Office 365 download and computer check-up. Nicholas E was pleasant, efficient and excellent in his explanations We would ask for him again We were not surveyed about Chappel who installed our TV, WiFi and headphones. He too was excellent

I was between a couple TVs and Miles answered all of my questions. This allowed me to narrow my options until I picked my TV. I will now go back to him for any other purchase in the future.

They took the time to make sure everything was placed for optimum performance. Gave us many tips on how to use effectively and were much better than pure tech installers. Gave us the comfort of follow up if necessary. Were very impressed with the geek squad.

Team member was amazing. He walked me through my existing system. Then educated me how to make my system even better. Then what I need to update my old system to feel the difference of today's technology.

Everyone was so helpful!!! I am so glad we made the choice to go with Best Buy and Total Tech - they saved us a ton of money and we did not have to break our backs doing the installation!

Came by discussed what I would need for my pool sound system. Got the parts ordered . Everything came fast. Then the geek squad showed exactly when they said and did a great job installing. Then showed me how to operate everything. It was easy and great. Will call again for other projects. Thanks

TVs are great and installation was excellent. Had an issue with Roku and bathroom TV. Took several attempts but they finally identified the connection problem ( Roku problem and compatibility with TV) Brandon contacted Roku and resolved the issue. Excellent overall service.)

Had In-home consultation for mounting TV on stone fireplace wall. After getting quote with various options, we opted for the mounting with soundbar only. First installers were inexperienced working with stone and opted to not mount bracket. After some dialogue with Best Buy, Magnolia installers came out and completed install perfectly. Very happy with end result.

Advisor was interested in what we wanted. Made suggestions for additional in home security to enhance what we were looking for. We purchased all suggestions, door lock/camera for front door. Small indoor camera to watch pets while out. Love Echo and Alexa is fantastic. Thanks.
