Brandon gave us excellent help in deploying TVs in our new condo. He was mindful of our priorities, and helped us find the optimal solutions to our needs.

The Best Buy tech installation guy was knowledgeable, efficient and great about explaining what he was doing and and how the Sonos devices work. He also connected them to our Echo products for voice control. Wonderful to be able to listen to music anywhere in home by simply talking to Alexa.

We needed help with our home theater system and your home expert was very knowledgeable and professional, also, he answered all our questions.

The consultant provided us with just the right amount of info to make an informed decision on what we wanted. His expertise in the products available and how all of the components would work together was invaluable.

Nothing has gone right with this order. Best Buy came out and measured to make sure my new cooktop and oven would fit properly. The measurements were incorrect - my appliances did not fit. A separate crew came back, cut my granite and cabinet and installed the appliances. When I. And out to inspect, I saw that dark stainless appliances had been installed, not the standard stainless I had ordered. Two weeks later, this has not been resolved. I am furious, and request Best Buy credit $1,000 to my account in addition to the $350 I paid the installers to cut my cabinet and granite.

Had a wonderful experience buying my new oven. Told Conner what I needed and had it purchased with in 30 minutes!!! Delivery flawless and a great experience all around. Will be back to work with Connor again!!

I had a concept of what I wanted and Philip with Magnolia was able to flesh it out and suggest the products to do exactly what I wanted and then designed the system for me. He was budget conscious but would explain consequences well. Hopefully the install will go as perfectly.

Jay, my in-home consultant, was amazing. He gave great recommendations, ordered most everything I needed for installation of two TVs, found me the best deal (at least for one), gave good advise on where to install for best viewing. All these were done without me setting foot at the store!

I felt the sales representative who came to our house disinformed me of what equipment was required of what I wanted to do with our TV/sound system. My request was surround sound from the TV, connect CD player and connect outdoor speakers. The tech installers did a wonderful job connecting 2 Sonos Amps for house speakers and outdoor speakers. Installers were UNABLE to connect TV to surround sound and UNABLE to connect CD Player. Both needed additional equipment I would need to purchase which was never mentioned by the sales representative. Therefore, I felt the job completed was not the complete job I thought I was getting and paid for.

Excellent combination with superb picture & sound. Certainly helped to have an in home consultation prior to selecting the appropriate audio/video products. He reviewed my current setup & made suggestions on what products I might consider upgrading & what current equipment would be compatible with the upgrades.

Luis was very helpful. He took measurements to make sure it wasn’t going to be oversized. Asked multiple questions and he explained everything for me.

Great job done by all, although the bottom freezer handle keeps falling off. Seems it would be an easy fix that I could do Right now you have to slide it to the right for it to stay on?
