The in home consultation was great. I was provided a great recommendation for bower and Wilkins speakers. There was no pressure. Unfortunately the Magnolia representative lost interest in following up when I asked if there were special deals for thanksgiving. I even followed up suggesting to look for open boxes and to provide a quote before thanksgiving as I was traveling to Boston and would decide to purchase at that time. I followed up by email a few days later to ask for a quote before travelling and received no response. So I walked in Best Buy store in Boston and bought approx. $3000 worth of equipment (6 b&w speaker and subwoofers) as recommended. Two were open box specials. I would have bought two speakers from Boston and everything else from Pittsburgh if your sales person would have at least responded with some information. My speakers work great. Best recommendation ever. Worst follow up ever. Definitely no pressure in the approach.

During my in-home consultation I learned that I had picked a much larger surround sound system than I needed for my home. Also, the TV I picked for 1 and 2 were actually reversed for what would work best with the afternoon glare.
