Our new Sonos and TV were installed. Mathew knows everything and is so nice. We always look for him when wo go to the store. The techs who came to our home were great too.

The cameras were correctly installed and video footage is viewable via a TV monitor (which is hardwired to the DVR). However, the installers were not able to get my camera footage to show up on my computer or cell phone. The told me that this is due to my home internet modem not working right. My only disappointment is that I cannot view my security camera footage on my computer or cellphone.

Recently had a TV Calibration done at my home. Dan the Geek Squad Technician was very professional and knowledable. He explained what he was doing and showed me before and after settings on my TV resulting in a very detailed high resolution picture.

We needed help with our Home Tharter Sytem and the consultant was very helpful and knowledgebale. However, getting in touch with him was very difficult. His response turn arround time waas delayed every time. I ahd to remind him at least 3 to 4 times.

I had an swkward space that required a wall-mount TV and an inconspicuous wire-run. The combination of the 65" TV with soundbar and a remote that would work through cabinet doors was the answer. Installers were great and overcame some unanticipated installation challenges to deliver a great product.
