Consultant was efficient and friendly. He measured the area for the refrigerator and washer and dryer areas. Then he offered his suggestions and looked up appliances that would fit the spaces and meet our needs. He was professional and kind.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable and fixed our problems within minutes. He is patient, confident and treated us respectfully. Good teacher and listened to our desires for our universal remote. Chris was on-time and called the day before arrival and the day of arrival. Very happy with his hel.

Problem solved at no cost! The tech was able to fix the issue with our home sound system just using the remote keys. He really knew what he was doing. I had tried and couldn’t even understand what the owners manual was telling me. Nice to have quality, courteous, and technically capable assistance. Perfect!

We were having trouble with our TV volume and the consultant ran a few checks and reported that the board had problems and would have to be replaced. The cost of the replacement was nearly the cost of a new TV so we ordered a new one.

Will called and told me some of my ordered items were going to be held up due to civil unrest. He circumvented that by rerouting those items to my house. They were there in a few days. Very professional.

We had a great experience with the In-Home Consultant to select an “Over the Range” Microwave. He measured the space and made recomendations that worked for us. Very thorough. Ordered the microwave and scheduled the instillation. It was an excellent experience. Will definitely use the service again.

I needed help with streaming and Roku. Che is excellent to work with. He has helped me numerous times with my Home Theatre needs.

It started strong, but later, it started to lack in follow through. The communication started of great, I would make a call and got immediate response, and then.... After, I made the purchase things seems to change. The wrong sound bar was delivered, The day before delivery I got an email at 3am, saying there was a month delay. No one told the mounting guy. I would send text and get response days later. I had to email corporate to get tv early after seeing available immediately on line. Finally, after everything was done, I would have expected a follow up visit to check the work. Never happened. I just realize sound bar was installed wrong. Now I must pay someone to correct it. I guess I was used to more/better service from past experiences. The guy was really nice when we spoke. Initial visit started as a five star experience and sunk to a three (hovering at 2). I would refer you, but with warnings.

The guys were knowledgeable, patient, friendly, precise and, extremely proficient in their work... They took the necessary time to make sure I was “thoroughly comfortable” in my understanding & troubleshooting needs!!! I would “hire & request” them a 1000 X’s over!!!
