We had looked at several options for replacing our 5 year old TV. The in-home consultant was able to answer our questions regarding the new purchase and provided some new insight into the product we were considering. Did the purchase right in our home before she left.

Mario helped me step by step and gave all valuable info and answered all my questions. He also coached me on all the different tv products and accessories. Made my experience great!!!

I had a small room and was unsure how to best make use of the space that I had. By going with the in-home consultation I was given three different options with three different price points, this allowed me to make the best choice for the room that I had and the budget that I had.

All the information I received from Malena regarding our home entertainment was reasonable and the up-grades are affordable. Malena was very help full and very friendly in all of her suggestions. I hope that we will be able to make those changes in the very near future.

Bill is very knowledgeable about appliances and was very helpful in pointing out the differences in brands of appliances. He answered all my questions and kept to the time for appointments.

Our advisor came to our home to assess what refrigerators would fit in our space. Due to Covid 19, we found that there were very limited models available (factories had closed). He suggested various alternative models, and helped us to develop a strategy to work with our existing refrigerator until more refrigerators become available.

Kyle did an excellent job troubleshooting our TV system issues and finding a resolution. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

My advisor was terrific. Great suggestions. Measured everything. Was going to wait on a cooktop, but she showed me how great it would be to have a new and better one..found one that fit my space with a propane kit. Fabulous! I love it!! She was terrific.

I needed help installing the Arlo Q Plus POE camera. I also had issues with my Ring doorbell. The tech was so good and quick at installing the camera and explained exactly what was going on. He also had in-depth knowledge of what needed to occur with my Ring doorbell to work properly.

Andrew did a great job getting my satellite for my router that stopped working. He stayed on the problem until it started working. He is also friendly and very polite.

I have an older apartment with a cut out section of a wall for an old tube tv. Not exactly ideal for a flatscreen. I needed options on how to mount my flatscreen. The advisor was kind and courteous. She gave me a few reasonable suggestions to consider.
