He was able to advise us the differences between the systems and which systems would accomplish our goals the best. It was great to have him come to the house and it made the decisions much easier because he was able to actually see what needs to be done.

Both Steven & Victor were very professional and installed my new TV very well. They explained the settings & proper usage of the remote control for both the TV & DVD in a very understandable manner. I was very satisfied with them

The consultant came out and he went over my WiFi setup and explained what I needed to get great internet streaming. Purchased what was needed and everything works great. Works so good I cut the cord with cable tv and satellite.

We hooked up a laptop, two monitors and a recording system and Jeff was just awesome and his knowledge of all the equipment was superb.

He is very knowledgeable of his work. I will be making more home improvements again soon thanks to Bestbuys in home team. Also the Representative Mike. If it wasn’t for him to start this project in the first place. So thank you so much I got 2 smart door lock put in now!

The geek squad team that put in my home theater did a wonderful job in setting it up. The advice on what products to buy to complement some of my existing equipment paired quite nicely and I have been blown away by the additional sound elements added to the theater. Great work all around!

I needed help with a new tv, speakers and a sound bar. My Home Expert was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I ordered my tv on the spot and he gave me my installation date. This was a very satisfying experience. I recommend it!

The TV has the best picture imaginable, and it automatically goes to moving screen savers as a protection against burnout; consequently, you can leave your TV paused indefinitely, I suppose. The sound bar and woofer provide excellent sound, particularly when you add base to both the sound bar and woofer.

I needed a printer. The tech on the phone made the purchase very easy. Jeffrey, the tech who came to my house to install it, was very helpful,

Jay provided great consultation, helping select the right products for my house. He measured everything and ensured the correct product was ordered. He also followed up to ensure it was delivered and installed properly.

The expert came in to measure my space to determined if the space would accomodate the appliances I ordered. Arturo went over and beyond to assist when I found out I was unable to order the appliances I initially wanted.

We got the perfect microwave. Our consultant was amazing. He researched what size we needed based on what we have now. He even was able to order for pick up from our preferred store. I actually had the new microwave in my home in 20 minutes. He made it effortless!

The title says it all. Paul was very helpful in taking the measurements and was very accommodating. Unfortunately none of the washers or dryers available for sale matched my price point and a competitor had what was essentially the same exact thing but for several hundred dollars cheaper.

Geoff offered complete service and consultation for me. Even after I bought the products he continued to help with minor issues during the setup part and always called me back. This is a great free service from Best Buy and I hope they keep it and other can benefit. This is a reason to buy from Best Buy.
