Todd was great!! He came up to my home, Help me pick products I needed that were well within my budget. And even was helpful and ordering them and having them delivered for me All in the same day.

We researched the TV we wanted and thought that we have made the right decision until Michael explained specific features to us. We realized that the one we were purchasing did not meet expectation and he showed us a better one and that's what we purchased.

Great experience. The consultation was so helpful on purchasing a new microwave. In addition the consultant helped answer questions on other issues. As a result we purchased three smart thermostats and new wires for our sound bar and new tv.

We bought a replacement for our wall-mounted TV and had the defective Sony removed & the new TV mounted in its place. Best Buy recycled the old TV.

Paul Sereno was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient consultant with our purchase and management of the installation process of our Ring security system.

We recently purchased a Kitchenaid 27" wall oven, and had an in-home consultation from Best Buy to ensure it would fit in our space. It did, and we love the oven!! We can now put a full size baking sheet in it, as opposed to not being able to put any large sheet pans in our old 24" oven.

I had the Geek Squad come out to look at the mess of wires I inherited from the prior owner when I bought a house this summer. They took their hanging TV and left a whole bunch of speaker and other types of wires. The rep was helpful in showing me what I needed to keep and remove as well as recommending a bracket to hang our TV and also providing quotes for a home theater system.

Michael was professional, curteous, and flexible but the most important aspect of his consultation is that he was knowledgeable in areas.
