We needed in ceiling speakers installed and receiver, subwoofers set up. Installation was good, took a little longer than anticipated. Technicians were prompt on their arrival and were friendly and respectful while they were here. Overall we are satisfied and will look to Best Buy in the future for additional installs.

Bestbuy sent Martin to perform an analysis of my backyard sound system project. He was professional and informative, he took my objectives and recommended a Denon receiver and rock speakers to compliment my existing definitive speakers. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the sound we get.

Consultation was very useful for certain things like figuring out what security system would meet my needs but only marginally beneficial for others such as tv, fridge, etc. Didn't really like how "hands off" the advisers role was after the sale. I had a few issues with product installations and my adviser seemed disinterested in helping me get those resolved.
