I had some decisions to make about audio equipment for my new TV and buying WIFI speakers.My consultant Bobby was very helpful in offering solutions and explaining their good points and bad. He spent more time than I expected and I am very satisfied with the decisions I made with his assistance.

We received help with a new WiFi system throughout the house. Also guidance on selecting a home security system. Russ was very professional and helpful. Explaining all the systems and understanding what to expect from our purchases.

My consultation with Eric was awesome it really helped tremendously that a lot of the items that I'm Looking into purchasing for my home security he already has for his home security so he was able to show me some different things.

We needed help in selecting a new refrigerator and range. Our in home consultant Mohamd was very helpful throughout the ordering and delivery process and beyond. Much easier than trying to make those decisions in the store.

The setup went pretty smooth still wish Best Buy would have some type of class or have a technician teach at home or in the store to truly understand all the features that has been purchased with all the accessories.....

The in-home consultant clearly explained the several options I could do with my current systems and equipment. I was able to select a better wi-fi capability with the Google system and better audio range capability with Klipsh outdoor speakers and the Sonos system. All is working quite well.

the entire onsite team was amazing, they all really know their stuff. Very Impressed!!!

I still am in need of one part that was ordered to complete the installation I still need to use Amazon firestick rather than the new remote

We needed a new refrigerator for our Condo rental. Our consultant helped us find the best refrigerator to meet our needs. She was efficient, professional and most helpful. We appreciate the great customer service we were provided.

Lorri Shanks from Elk Grove is very helpful and honest person. I can't work with anyone but her. I highly recommended Lorri as the consultant, she is the best!

Henry was helpful in determining the best way to get our dryer delivered through a tight space in the garage. Mona was great about talking through the different dryer options with us and was good about making the right notes on the order to make sure our delivery went smoothly.

We knew or television was getting ready to die. The in home consultation couldn't have come at a better time period the consultant was very patient and answer all of our questions. We really appreciated the opportunity to get to work with the consultant in our home.

We wanted to upgrade our TV and make sure we had the best speakers. We also wanted to be sure that our present mounting stand would work for the new TV. Robert Buchanan was very informative and helpful in advising us about our options.

Our experience with Ryan, our in hone consultant was excellent he knew all the latest products and worked hand in hand with us until we got exactly what we wanted. He came back several weeks after everything was up and running to make sure everything was in order.

Overall an excellent job was done except that we did not cover the strength of the heat compared to other brands only how loud the fan was and this microwave takes longer to heat up food.

Travis has helped redo our entertainment throughout the house and we could be happier. He is always willing to waive when we are ready to move never feel any pressure whatsoever. I would highly recommend referring Travis to all my friends for their AV needs.

Our consultant had to work with input from a few family members. A change was even made after the initial order. Our consultant was very patient and helpful and guided us through the change process. We would highly recommend his services to our friends.
