Tiffany has helped us understand different options with different price points while considering capabilities for future expansion for our whole house. She has done a great job of fact finding to create a package to suit our needs.

Tyler and Hannah did an excellent job of setting up,our new eero WiFi system. We can even get all the extras on our smart tv now. They took some extra time to show us how to set that up. We always had trouble getting strong WiFi in family room. This new system has taken care of that!

I was remodeling my kitchen and the in-home consultation helped with ordering all appliances to fit my new space. Also was able to do comparable shopping to obtain best deal. Delivery date was flexible to coordinate with my completed kitchen remodel.

He seemed to know what he was doing. Received an email with a before and after of his calibration. He was professional and was not intimidating although he seemed pressed for time. Overall a good experience. Let's see if the calibration holds. He also recommended narrowing the several DVRs that I have down to using only one.
