We were interested in a home security system. The In Home Consultant came out and explained our options, explaining the various products' pros and cons, costs, and all as it related to our specific house layout and needs. Very personalized, and very educational.

Dave and Sebastian were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly throughout the installation process. Dave installed my Ring doorbell earlier this year, and was just as pleased with his work at that time. I will surely utilize Best Buy Geek Squad in the future.

Alex, our consultant, helped us make great choices for our new theater system. The universal remote was not delivered and Alex went to the store to pick it up so that everythng was done in one appointment. Alex, our installer, worked long and hard to get all our devices hooked up.

Two Techs came out and they were quite helpful with Mesh Networks and entertainment products. I was also needing help with computers and multi monitor situations. they informed me another guy was really good at computer issues and set-ups.

We had recently moved and needed help with multiple items to set up our new house. Taylor was great, she came in and walked through the house with us to pick out what we needed.

We needed advice on what size and type tv would be best for our family room along with a dvd player and table. Advisor made reccomendations on everything we needed and even placed the order from our kitchen including installation. Now that we have everything we couldn't be happier his advice was spot on.

We were a little confused by the choices and “tech” needed to fit our space. These guys were good and it was very nice to only have to deal with one individual to work through what we needed and explain the choices we were faced with!

Technology has moved ahead rapidly and our home entertainment equipment hasn’t. It was great to have a Consultant visit us with advice and suggestions. Our heads were filled, but decisions were made with confidence.
