Andrew in the Ft.Collins,CO. store assisted me with my LG TV purchase and his expertise was extremely valuable. My new TV was delivered and installed on time and my old TV was hauled away at the end of the install. The TV works perfectly.

We were searching for a TV and we have always had a good experience with Best Buy. We were not disappointed. Sales person went over the features of several TVs and we were able to make a wise decision.

We need help with our components working with the new tv. Help with speakers being calibrated, etc. Austin was fantastic!!!

The In Home Advisor was great and explained everything in detail. After helping me choose new appliances we went to Best Buy to see what I had chosen on the computer and each item was thoroughly explained on how it worked and the special features that came with the products.

Well I had two people visit. The main person was uninspiring. When I received the quote the prices were higher then I would pay at Best Buy. That completely turned me off. Also it took forever to get the quote after having to ask. Some lame excuse, "oh I sent it". Too bad too. Because the other fellow who was along for training and I have met him at the Marina store was very helpful and pleasant to work with. SO, because of the attitude of the "expert" and the price disparity I decided not to spend the $11,000.00. The idea and service of in home consulting is a great idea. As a business owner I would revisit the model corporate planned and do better. First stop inflating prices, instead for a bundled purchase like the one I would have purchased give a discount on the entire price. The cables and logitech harmony all the other bloat items included have over the top margins. Plenty of room to give a discount and make the client jump on spending 10,000 instead of walking away from spending 11,000.00. Someone at corporate needs to see the light.
