Brian Hull was so knowledgeable and polite. He took time to explain all about our problems. I’d welcome him back anytime, but I hope I never need another repair.

Service was very good. Only issue was some of the installation was farmed out to a vendor rather than geek squad, which was terrible. Geek squad completed the installation in a satisfactory manner.

I was uncertain about how a new refrigerator would work in my kitchen. The Best Buy consultant measured everything and discussed the best type of refrigerator for me. It turned out to be perfect and the price was great. I’m very happy with it!

So glad we had the in-home consultation. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Nest camera system. We were originally looking at the battery type, but so happy we went with Nest. Hard wired is the way to go if possible. No batteries to have to worry about changing or charging.

I needed a new kitchen bundle of appliances. My home expert was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was easy to talk with and knew exactly what I was looking for and made helpful suggestions along the way.

We had various questions about WiFi, TVs, printers, routers...all interconnected but confusing to us. Adam totally answered our questions in easy to understand language. I am very thankful for the information and recommendations.

In home measurements were good, not great. Adjustments had to be made once the appliances arrived. This was done be an outside company at additional expense. Given the scope of work the pricing was fair but this was not explained in advance. Fortunately, we had the funds to cover it, others may not be so fortutnate.

Everything was great. All the people I worked with were helpful and knowledgeable. The install went perfectly and exactly how I hoped!

I have wanted a system like this for years and I finally saved enough to purchase the Ring Doorbell & three of the Ring Camera’s. Just got it hooked up last night. Looking forward to having a safe & unique system.

We are looking for a total replacement for all our kitchen appliances. We have a build in set at this point and wanted to consider transitioning to some other style. Best Buy came out and measured and we are in the process of getting a listing of compatible appliances. Thus far it’s been easy and helpful.

Although I haven’t enacted on any advice from my consultant yet, I thought he was very knowledgeable and very professional. I hope to be able to follow up soon, and will definitely be calling him when we start planning on building our house.
