I had a difficult location for a wall-mounted TV. The in-home pre-visit was the best solution because the agent was so knowledgeable and was able to figure out a solution that would work. The installers were also knowledgeable, efficient, neat and patiently taught me to use the smart TV.

Knowledgable, efficient, exceptional customer service skills. After installation, they teach and demonstrate the features of what you purchased and how to operate. I wrote down the instructions and then returned the demonstration back to them!

Cole was knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient in answering my questions and walked me through multiple options regarding my requested service. He showed me various products and made sure I understood their uses.

Both the original consultant and the installers listened and took all the time needed to set my cameras up in the best locations giving me the most coverage. They ensured everything was working and set up with my app before they left.

In home consult was great. I really didn't know what was available but Jade was great at explaining all my different options. I had a lot of questions and she answered them patiently and thouroughly. I would recommend a consult if you are interested in using more technology in your home.

Had Advisor evaluate our options for a new corner 55” tv and placement of the unit. He was very helpful and made valuable suggestions as result changed our plans and am more than satisfied with the installation. He wrote up the order while here including all wiring and bsuggested equipment.

The in-home consultation didn't really feel like a consultation. It really just felt like the rep was coming to measure the spaces. With a consultation I would expect for the rep to go over several models, their features, and what they have to offer overall. He just put an order in for appliances that we had already picked out in the store. Nothing additonal was offered other than measuring the spaces to make sure what we had already picked would work. I would only recommend this service to make sure your fridge and range will fit.

I would recommend the in home Best Buy consultation to anyone that wants to update their home electronics system or upgrade the home to a smart home. Their service and advise is outstanding and I'm very happy have used the service. Thank You Very Much for all your help. Great Service
