Our representative, Greg, was extremely knowledgeable and found a solution for us that is working extremely well. I also like that he shared other things that he can help with in terms of consulting needs in the future. We would definitely use this service again - it's pretty great!

i had a problem with weak Wi-Fi. The consultant gave me an option. A couple pf days later, the electric power went off in my neighborhood. When it came back on, my Wi-Fi was better. Not great, but more workable. I think that when the power came back on, it reset my Wi-Fi.

Everything is working well. We are redoing the closets to add some storage. After that, we may add new rear speakers, but for now we are using my old bookshelf ones.

Best Buy is where we purchase almost of our Electronic items. We have use the Geek Squad, reference on products. To put it all together -we would recommend an in-home survey. We have used the local installation and consulting services and they do not compare to Best Buy and cost a lot more.

Helped coordinate the geek squad guys thst set everything up. 4 stars instead of 5 because they told me one of the items would be on back order for months when it was available in the store. I mentioned it and they straightened it out but... yeah.

Matt he was so professional and he knew what we wanted and explained to us about everything, the parts that we needed. He ordered it from our home. I really appreciated him.

My in home consult was excellent. Vernon made a complicated scenario much easier, and their guys installed it all very professionally. I am very happy with my audio and video. Thank you!

We had an oven and microwave delivered. They called as promised. Came on time. Polite, quick and explained and cleaned up their mess.

The consultant was knowledgeable, professional, helped adjust a few settings that enhanced our experience with the equipment that was already in our house. Suggested a few things that could be done differently and has been a major contact person with our buying experience.

Our in home consultant/technology attendant, Renee, was both personable and professional. She was very patient, as she taught us how to use each system, interconnect the new devices with our phones, and download useful applications.

The service representative keep me informed about his arrival time and arrived during the scheduled time period. He did a complete review of my purchases, made recommendations within the budget amount, and scheduled the delivery and installation of the products that were ordered.

Bryan, was extremely helpful. He understood our needs, was knowledgeable on the products, and has made the process so easy from order to set-up in our home.

I also did a in home consultation with ADT. Best Buy was better hands down. Beginning with me setting up the appointment in the store, to the consultant coming to my home. The communications after that leaves something to be desired. It kind of falls off after that. We then got invaded by covid-19. I hope everyone makes it through!

the in home cosultation was very helpful. It gave us advice to suit our situation .We made buying decisions based on those recomendations. He took our individual desires and needs into consideration.

Taylor was fantastic while assisting with both sales/ purchase and delivery options. The delivery guys were super thorough and water line install felt effortless.
